The boat is beautiful, much bigger than I expected and it was really warm and comfortable. We went in late December, (so not very much daylight), but even so, the views were still beautiful. I paid extra for the hot tub and it was definitely worth it. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting.

INCREDIBLE! MEMORABLE! Truly, a CORE MEMORY. We had an incredible time. The views of Tromsø from the water are hard to beat. During our tour we saw seals! They provided binoculars as well for better viewing. The food was incredible, the reindeer soup is one you won’t forget. It was warm and cozy inside the boat, you could curl up and take a nap it was so nice. We booked the hot tub as well, totally totally worth it. We even opted to jump in the fjord before using the hot tub! Can’t think of a better polar plunge. A trip I will carry with me for a lifetime.

A relaxing boat trip with beautiful scenery. We went in the hot tub on the deck which was wonderful and we have some great pictures. The reindeer soup was the best one I tried, as it was properly and skilfully home made. Very accommodating hosts. We had a lovely time on this boat.

On the day of the scheduled tour, we attempted multiple times to contact World Sea Explorers without success. We messaged the company, made numerous phone calls, and even enlisted local hotels to help us reach them—yet received absolutely no response. There was no physical office, and even local hotels were unable to direct us to one. We encountered another group of passengers assigned to our tour who were also unable to locate the tour group and had received no communication.
This experience leads us to believe that this company is fraudulent. Viator was also unable to facilitate direct contact over the phone with World Sea Explorers, further reinforcing our suspicion that this is a scam. We were never picked up, never taken on the tour, and to make matters worse, we were denied any refund. Avoid this company at all costs, as they appear to be operating dishonestly. Save your money and choose a reputable provider.

We would like to clarify that on the day of the cruise, your party did not arrive at the dock by the scheduled 10:00 AM departure time, as required by our policy. Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure to ensure a timely and smooth experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
Please understand that while we strive to respond to all communications promptly, immediate replies are not always possible due to operational demands.
We regret that you were unable to join the cruise and appreciate your understanding of our policies, which are in place to provide the best experience for all guests.

The host of the Yacht were excellent, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The Yacht was very clean and warm inside, there were games to play if you didnt want to stand outside, tea/coffee/water/hot chocolate on hand. The food was lovely too. The host arranged the various parties so they had private time in the hot tub, it was well co-ordinated and didnt feel rushed. The trip lasted around 4 hours, with an opportunity to take a polar plunge if you were brave enough - which was perfect. Overall the we all had a fantastic experience and i would recommend this trip

The passion shared in this experience was amazing. We saw dolphins (first thought orcas), seals, and amazing soup. Every detail cared for. Was debating coming back for the night cruise and would have if we had not booked something else. A must do.

This lovely fjord cruise encourages you to make friends with your fellow sailors and to take the polar plunge before warming up in the hot tub. I couldn’t bring myself to jump overboard, but others managed to take in the full cold-to-hot experience! A very pleasant trip with congenial crew and fellow passengers.

The inside of the yacht is very comfortable, clean, warm and homely.
It would have been a much better experience only if the weather was on our side during the tour, so we could have ventured more and enjoy the scenery.
Perhaps a little bit of Tromso story i.e. culture, traditions etc. to add into the tour will enhance our experience.
The host were very friendly and accommodating.
It was fun exploring every corner of the yacht and we definitely had a good craic.

Absolutely fantastic. Well worth it. Kenneth our captain, is so passionate about what he does. He makes sure we leave with beautiful memories, and new friendships. He has years of experience on the sea so we felt very safe aboard. The lunch was like something you would get at a fine restaurant. It was delicious. I highly recommend this trip.

A good trip over Tromso Fjord. The boat is very nice and the captain a great person.
we also did the fjord tour by bus, and this is definitely different. would it be difficult to decide which one between the two. consider that, on the boat, to see the surroundings you have to go out and it is COLD and WINDY, so dress appropriately.

We are a group of 5 and among all activities these days, this is the consensus (unanimous vote of us 5) best activity of our stay in Tromsø. The captain is extremely friendly, and the ship is really spacious. Absolutely recommend.
I also want to specifically address a “one star” rating and review provided by someone else, that the captain cancelled the trip 2 hours before the starting time and resulting in a “free day without activities” of those people who initially booked this trip. I want to say actually that “one star review” is one of the reasons we booked this tour. Because only very responsible tour guide would cancel tour due to unforseable reasons such as bad weather etc and offer a refund. He can simply brought them out in bad weather and tour you around irresponsibly and earn the money, but he won’t do that.

Looked forward to this and it did not disappoint! Fantastic guide and captain who made sure we were informed, comfortable and fed! The views were spectacular and Sachi answered all questions we had about the area and the cruise. Captain Kenneth was engaged and very capable making sure we were safe. We will be back - perhaps in the summer to cruise around Lofoten with Stella Oceana.

My niece and I just got off the yacht and I had to make sure to immediately review. Kenneth and Sachi were amazing, as was the scenery and the entire “wow” experience. A lovely small group. One member of our tour jumped in for a swim and then got right into the hot tub! We couldn’t have asked for more!

This was a very cool experience, complete with a cozy boat and friendly captain and first mate. We went during the winter so we could not go into the fjords, but we were able to see Tromso from a unique perspective on the water. The reindeer stew was delicious. The inside of the boat was kept warm if anyone needed a break from the cold. Would recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this cruise. The guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the boat was clean and comfortable, the lunch served was delicious, and the sights were breathtaking. We even got to try ice fishing! If you are in Tromsø, this tour is a must. Well worth every penny. It was the best part of my trip and I feel lucky to have booked this particular cruise.
