The tour was very informative. I would recommend that most people get the package with lunch and journey behind the wall to get the full experience. Jacob was a great tour guide and also gave good recommendations about what to do around the city of Toronto after the tour concluded.

Niagara Falls is amazing. Be sure to book the boat ride too, although we stayed inside to avoid getting drenched. Blaine was an excellent guide; very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learned more about the falls than I would have if I had rented a car and driven there. Niagara on the Lake is a cute small town, but not sure it was worth the extra time it took to go there.

We enjoyed a good tour thanks to Nikki our tour guide, and Isaac our coach driver, who did an excellent job throughout the day. Everything went very well until their HQ stepped in to direct our coach to pull into a shopping mall about 10km from the city, and to wait for two individuals who had failed to be at the Union Station pickup on time (in actual fact we left there 10 to 15 mins after the scheduled departure). Our coach with 40+ passengers onboard was forced by the HQ to wait for about 30 mins until these two selfish and inconsiderate individuals arrived in an Uber to join the coach! The fare rules clearly stipulate a grace period of 5 mins on departure times, yet we all had to suffer because the company chose to bend the rules for two selfish individuals who clearly had no respect for the rest of us. The rules are there for a reason, and customers have a right to expect that they will be applied fairly. That certainly did not happen on our trip.

Good experience. My only complaint was the bus ride home ended up being an additional 45 minutes due to traffic. Although there is nothing that could have been done to prevent that issue. It would have been helpful to know in the description that Niagara Falls is about 1.5-2 hrs from Toronto

Outstanding service, knowledge and stops! The coach was full and I became friends with an elderly lady also travelling alone who sat next to me. We travelled to a winery run by students and teachers from Niagara College, the wine and experience were fantastic. We then travelled to Niagara Falls where we had a 3 course lunch on the terrace of a restaurant overlooking the falls. After a wet river cruise to the bottom of the falls, we headed to Niagara on the Lake for a quick stop before heading back through traffic and construction delays to Toronto

Shaf was funny and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of stories and trivia on our way to the falls. Overall the trip was very organized. We needed to swap to a different date because it was off season but the communication was clear.

My father came from Taiwan to visit me and my partner, and I am very happy to have taken him on this day tour. We had a great time, made possible by our guide and our driver, who are both very courteous, helpful, and lovely people! We had some great conversations and I was very happy our guide Raya made my partner Beth and my father David feel so welcomed. We did not booked the group lunch but was able to eat at the same restaurant with the help of our guide, where the food was great and the view of the falls was amazing. It was a great excursion that left us very satisfied at the end of the day. Thank you so much!

Glad I decided to do the tour to Niagara from Toronto this way instead of on our own. This was easy, organized, and the operator and driver were both great. The tour itself offered plenty of time to do everything necessary to explore Niagara Falls and NOTL. The winery was an awesome addition too! Would definitely recommend this vs trying to get there by train and bus on your own if you are not familiar with Ontario.

The tour guide was great and puck up went so smoothly! Honestly everything was going perfect, until we got to lunch. Apparently we didn't sign up for the lunch option (don't remember that being available so we had to pay for that additionally). Free time there was great! Then we went to the boat ride...again we needed to pay for this separately! We were some of the only people on the tour that needed to pay for items additionally. Tour was great, tasting was great, Niagra on the lake was great! Just a little weird that we had to keep paying.

This trip was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Niagara Falls. Stops by the winery and Niagara on the Lake were very nice add ons. Our tour narrator, Chef, did a wonderful job making sure to inform us about all the historic sites. He and Bryan, our driver, worked well together and allowed time for persons to capture photos of must see places. We definitely recommend this tour.

The time spent at Niagara Falls to include lunch was great. The time wasted at the Winery and at Niagara on the Lake were a waste of time especially a day that went from 9:30 AM to 8:20 PM. Just a trip to the falls and back would have been great.

Good tour. Great, fun and informative guides. Nikki shared just the right amount of information to keep you interested whilst letting you relax and enjoy the journey. They were accommodating and helped sort top up tickets so that we could join the boat ride on the day.

It was well organized and very informative. The coach was comfortable, lots of things to see. Great all day trip. Strongly recommend to buy boat tickets as part of the trip package. We were lucky to purchase our tickets on the spot and still join the rest of the group, but it was an exception. Cudos to Brian ( the driver) and Chaf ( the group guide) .

Good host and driver.
They had 2 different tours on the same bus which can be confusing. They need to better explain what the schedule is and what is included for each set of people. I almost missed out
Besides that, it was an okay experience. The wine tour was a bit too short though
