I gave the Casa Loma Tour a low rating because this tour was canceled two days before our planned tour. Luckily our first tour of our trip to Toronto was altered and they added the Casa Loma on to our first booking. I would highly recommend this visit to your sightseeing planning but go on your own.

This is a scam. I booked this experience, and it very clearly says it includes access to Casa Loma. It does not. I presented my tickets to the Casa Loma employees in order to enter and wait for my tour guide. Casa Loma informed me that these tickets were not legitimate and that they do not sell any tickets at all through Viator. Long story short, I had to buy new tickets and just do a self-guided tour. And if Viator needs proof, call Casa Loma to confirm, and I will send my receipt of the new tickets as well.

First, leave early if you're traveling from outside of Toronto. We were running late because of traffic and considered just skipping because we were certain the tour had started without us. Nope. We were the only ones in the tour, and our guide waited on us. She was very pleasant about it.
I was impressed with her knowledge of the castle. She was patient to answer our questions. The property did not disappoint.
If you're considered this tour, do it. Definitely worth it.

El recorrido muy ameno e interesante. Minou muy atenta y diligente en explicar el recorrido a pesar q fue en inglés y no lo hablo muy bien. Si nos explico bastante pausado. Me gustó mucho.😉
