Do NOT book this. It is a scam. The photo you see in this add is not what you get. I actually do not think that plane exists. They emailed us offering us a private tour for 25 more each the day of. Showed us pictures it was a dinky old 2 person plane I said no. Then they call me a few hours before and tell us the plane in the picture is having :maintenance" so we have to take the dinky small plane or nothing. As if rehearsed, offered to let me take pictures in the " fancy one". I said fine.
We get there, there are NO instructions on where to find this building. We walked all over asking people and nobody had a clue. I tried calling then several times and they dont answer. Finally someone told us where to go. We get there to find out there is nobody you can speak to. As its all done virtually. There was a captain just waiting for us. He took us to the "fancy plane " for pictures. This was a different plane. Looked old ans rusted like it has not been driven in a long time. The inside did not look like the pictures and I did not even bother taking pictures. On our way back to the dinky plane, I get a call from a women asking me for more money. A "fuel and fee" charge of 100 more. I was not happy. They have no problem calling you for money but will not answer their phones.
We get to the dinky plane. Which looked like it was going to break at any moment, it was cracked on certain parts inside. It was a 45 year old plane. It was so small I was squished beside the pilot and my friend hardly fit in the back. Making the flight terrifying and neither of us enjoyed it. The captain asked it we wanted more time and I said no. I could not wait to get back.
When we got back a driver took us to our car, he told me that people complain all the time , and that the plane in the picture does not exist and they just always tell people its under "maintenance " to sell them this instead. And ask for extra money. This is very clearly a scam.
I would like to mention the captain was very friendly and I dont think had anything to do with everything.
Please save ur money and do a helicopter tour instead.

We are a very fair organization and had offered you a full refund due to the last minute snag. We have done more than 6000 flights with NO INCIDENTS and no bad review will change our safety policy. You did not accept the refund and chose to do the flight on an alternate aircraft. At first we thought your review was misplaced as you did get the service, perhaps not the one you wanted. You threatened to leave us a bad review otherwise you want to get full refund and it became clear to us that you are the dishonest scammer and not us.

I booked the “120 km Aerial Tour of Toronto with iflyTOTO” through Viator – expecting a high-quality, safe, and comfortable experience, just as advertised on the booking page: a modern aircraft with leather seats, a stylish cabin, and a premium atmosphere.
The reality was the complete opposite.
Instead of the luxurious aircraft shown in the pictures, we were told we’d receive an “upgrade to a private flight.” In truth, it turned out to be a small, visibly old propeller plane that in no way matched the advertised standard. From the first glance, it was obvious that something was off. No comfort, no style, and none of the promised features – just a short, cramped, and very noisy flight. Taking good photos was nearly impossible, as even the windows looked old and yellowed.
So I want to clearly warn others:
The presentation on the website is highly misleading. Anyone booking here expects an exclusive sightseeing experience in style – but gets something entirely different.
Very disappointing and, in my opinion, not trustworthy.
I strongly recommend asking in advance which aircraft will actually be used – and not to be misled by the photos on Viator.
However, that’s easier said than done, as there’s no direct way to contact the provider.
For those who still decide to go: the meeting point is Porter FBO, about five minutes from the main terminal. The ferry there is free and runs every 15 minutes.
On a positive note – the view from the island airport is beautiful and definitely worth seeing!

I recently took a flight that left me utterly disappointed. The airplane that was advertised during the booking process looked nothing like the one that actually took us for the tour. I had high expectations based on the promotional images, and it was disheartening to see such a stark difference.
To add to my frustration, I was charged for fuel surcharges despite the booking clearly stating that these would not apply to my fare. This feels misleading and unfair. I expected a certain level of transparency and honesty when booking my flight, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I won’t be flying this again.

The directions to get to the airport are wrong and out of date. Firstly, they are not adapted to the winter period, and secondly, they suggest that you take the ferry to the island, when there is no access to the airport from the island. If it weren't for the friendliness of the staff working on the ferry, we would have missed our flight. The lack of transparency regarding the fuel fee is also uncomfortable. They said it would be $30 per passenger plus taxes (we were 2 passengers), and in the end we paid $100.30. It is also strange that they ask us to pay in cash or alternatively, to give our credit card details over the phone (yes, over the phone). They also mention a COVID fee, when it is March 2025. The plane has nothing to do with the one in the pictures, it is old, poorly maintained, very run down, at least on the inside. The pilot was not very friendly and did not inspire any confidence. Not to mention that there were "INOP" warnings on some navigation panels. I live on an island, and I fly at least 4 times a month, inter-island, domestic, and intercontinental, and I have never felt so terrified on a plane. I do not recommend it, never again, not with this company.

We have been flying since 2017 with more than 6000 flights and an impeccable record. Our pilots are from airlines and they fly because they enjoy it. You probably fly on large passenger aircraft which is definitely a very different experience. We also fly at low level for the sight seeing. The fees are all listed. We re sorry about your poor experience but moving forward pls do ask the questions and we would be happy to provide you with the info.

The "areal tour" never happened because the owner/organizer kept leading us on, then cancelling on us with excuses about weather. Regardless how beautiful it was out, he claimed it was "too windy." It's been 4 years and no ride. Year after year, we tried multiple times to reschedule and request refunds. He refused to refund us. To put it bluntly, he lied to us and stole our money. He represented iflytoto in Toronto and went by Nick, although I have reason to believe that it was a pseudo name. He had an accent the couple of times I spoke with him on the phone. Nick communicated mostly through text message. I finally reached out to Viator, who wouldn't refund us either, stating it had been too long.

The flight itself was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin. The Captain was professional. The view and the step is fine but when selling this on the internet they forget many points such as showing real photos of what you are going to do and say at once how much the whole price comes out because they are not specified well once you are there they charge you more money than you have already paid also the plane is not like in the photos that looks very striking because there are drinks at hundreds comfortable like a private jet but it is not like that it is a very old avineta that has no heating you have to go very warm because you die of cold this was my experience I paid 400 dollars for something that was not like that when on the website it was only 238.24 dollars and then they charged me another amount when I arrived there the taxes are super high be careful with that look well as you buy a tour on this page don't be fooled by the photos because it is not like that and it is a very short time They offered me up to 30 minutes

This was for my son’s 9th birthday. It was an amazing experience being able to see the city of Toronto from the air. He was so excited! The trip was quick, but memorable. The pilot and co-pilot were very knowledgeable and friendly. The pilot took pictures of us in front of the plane prior to boarding.

The charged almost $100 more which is a hidden expense and wasn’t told before..
The plane is also nothing like in the pictures. The windows were not cleaned. The point was to watch the view but it wasn’t clean so blurry view

Flying on a Toto was absolutely thrilling! The moment we took off, the excitement was palpable. The speed, the power—it was exhilarating from the get-go. The flight experience was great, our pilots were very friendly and helpful. Everything about the flight itself was explained even upon check in, the process was smooth. The only reason this did not get 5 stars is due to the lack of signage and airport support. As we didn’t know where to go we ended up in the main airport and asked security which sent us the wrong way and to the Heli tours. We wasted a lot of time walking around and trying to figure out where to go. Little disappointing with that. Overall, still a great experience.

It was a bit repetitive. Maybe widening the route a bit verses going in circles around CN tower area. Easier instructions to find the location for flight.
