    • General Reserved Seating is located on the riverside viewing area closer to the fireworks launch site. This seating area offers a more immersive experience, allowing guests to enjoy the scale, sound, and atmosphere of the fireworks from a closer vantage point. Depending on the seating assignment, low-level and water-based fireworks may also be easier to view.
    • Group Reserved Seating is located on an elevated viewing platform approximately 1.8 meters above ground level behind the General Reserved Seating area. From this elevated position, guests can enjoy a wider view of the entire fireworks display and the surrounding venue. Because of the higher viewing angle, some low-level or water-surface fireworks may be more difficult to see compared with the General Reserved Seating area.
    • Fireworks will be viewed from reserved seating. Please note that exact seat locations within each seating category are assigned by the event organizers and cannot be selected in advance.
    • Both seating areas are floor seating with a blue tarp laid over a wooden platform. Cushions are not provided, so bringing a seat cushion or floor cushion is recommended for added comfort.
    • To help avoid delays caused by congestion on the day of the event, extra time has been built into the itinerary. As a result, there may be waiting time at the fireworks venue.
    • Depending on the parking location, there may be a walk of approximately 15–30 minutes from the parking area to the viewing area.
    • If the fireworks event is canceled or postponed before the day of departure (including the day before departure), the tour will also be canceled. In such cases, we will contact the lead traveler. Please note that the event organizer's decision may not be made until the day of the event, and in unavoidable circumstances, notification of cancellation may be provided on the morning of departure. If the event is canceled after the tour has departed, the tour may proceed with visits to alternative sightseeing locations instead. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or postponements announced after the tour has departed.
    • Some low-level fireworks and special-effect displays may be partially obstructed or not fully visible from your seat.
    • Heavy traffic is expected after the fireworks display. Arrival back to Shinjuku is scheduled for approximately 11:50 PM
    • Smoking is prohibited in the viewing area. Chairs, tables, and tripods are not permitted.
    • Recommended Items to Bring: A hat, light jacket, flashlight, rain poncho (umbrellas are not permitted in the viewing area), wet wipes, and pocket tissues are recommended. Please note that some temporary restrooms may not have handwashing facilities.
    • Delays due to transportation issues or non-participation will be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the time indicated
    • Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to a refund.
    • Infants (0-2 years old) are free of charge but no arrangements are made for them.jp
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 200 travelers
