We were able to quickly get our tickets and then we traveled to the observation deck where we enjoyed an amazing view.

You will first get a voucher and not actual tickets when you purchase through the site. The day before your visit, they will email you your tickets to print or download.
We went at the height of the cherry blossom season, and at sunset, so it was very busy. But, it was well worth going for the spectacular 360 degree view of Tokyo!
The night lights and the illumination of the Tower is amazing.
We wanted to get to the very top Sky Deck, but were unable to purchase tickets via the site online, as they were sold out. However, you can buy them at the location.

BEWARE! VIATOR website misled us into buying tickets for TOKYO Tower when we were trying to buy Skytree. I would never use VIATOR again! They took our money,.AND didn't even sent us the QR code for the tickets, but instead sent us a BAR-code! Do not use VIATOR!

Scam!!! The email said the tickets would be issued the day before and they were not. I arrived at the Tokyo Tower and they wouldn’t let me in. I couldn’t pull up a ticket as it was never issued to me. I requested a refund and they will not refund me. STAY AWAY! THIS IS A SCAM!

If the weather is nice, one can observe a beautiful 360 degree view of Tokyo and Mt Fuji. The shops and food court allows one to relax after their tour on the observation deck.

Interesting history about Tokyo Tower. I went to the main deck only in the evening. The Tokyo Tower is a beautiful view with colored lights. It is really fantastic. There is good food and a few stores.

Not being familiar with the tower I did not realize that there were two levels of tickets that were available. I ended up getting them for the lower level and would have preferred to go to the top level.

We had been sent tickets for this attraction however the tickets were invalid. We found that the staff of Tokyo Tower who were very helpful also couldn’t validate the ticket which was quite embarrassing for us as we had to be pulled out of the line due to the tickets not working.
Due to the ticket being invalid the staff of Tokyo Tower said that we couldn’t go anywhere with the ticket so we didn’t get to go up Tokyo Tower although we had paid Viator for the tickets. We have attempted to get a full refund from Viator as the tickets were invalid however they have stolen the money from us and will not return the money for an invalid ticket that they have issued.
I would not use this ticket at all and also would stay away from using Viator at all costs. I would recommend using other sites such as Klook as we ended up buying new tickets from them for the same attraction which worked straight away.

Tokyo tower was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Seeing Mt. Fugi in the distance dominate the background of the city was just incredible.

The website advertised this as a separate purchase for observation deck but it is the same as general admission ticket. We paid separately for the observation deck but were not allowed to go and had to purchase on the site againz

This deal does not cover the top deck. The main observatory was nice but it would have been better for the website to prominently state that top deck is not included. There were no options to purchase this. Once at the tower, the ticket line was too long to add this option.

I purchased an extra ticket the day of visiting the Tower. However, I was charged and didn't get a confirmation number in time and had to pay again out of pocket.
The worst part overall was that the tickets were not to the top. Don't waste your money with the main deck, it's not the top floor for viewing.

Maybe not the best destination if you’re afraid of heights, but the views were incredible. We went at sunset and had the most beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The lines were extremely fast and efficient despite how many people were there. Great photo op spot! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo.
