Incredible pasta making class!

What an amazing time we had. Exceeded our expectations. We made three different pastas, pici pasta, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and gnochhi. We also made a ragu sauce, while our instructor was also showing us how to make a pumpkin sauce, a beef sauce and a tomato garlic sauce. For dessert Tiramisu! Oh and we also had prosecco while cooking! Once we were done cooking, we were brought next door to their restaurant to enjoy our meal we had prepared, With 4 wine pairings!! Our instructor Dennis was an amazing teacher and we had a great time laughing and joking with him. We truly had one of the best teachers, food and fun! Kudos to the restaurant staff who also explained all the wine pairing's and top notch service! . A memorable experience that we will never forget! Joy, Adrienne and Donna
