A good experience. Fun time making pasta and chatting with folk over lunch. But the food was bland and wine tasting was tacked on and uninspired. I thought we had paid more for the more up market version (of the many pasta plus tiramisu packages) - but no it was just the stock standard. I thought there would be teaching on the flavours of Tuscany - but no it was just mechanically stirring kneading and folding pasta dough. But of course, it was still fun😊

Incredible pasta making class!

What an amazing time we had. Exceeded our expectations. We made three different pastas, pici pasta, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and gnochhi. We also made a ragu sauce, while our instructor was also showing us how to make a pumpkin sauce, a beef sauce and a tomato garlic sauce. For dessert Tiramisu! Oh and we also had prosecco while cooking! Once we were done cooking, we were brought next door to their restaurant to enjoy our meal we had prepared, With 4 wine pairings!! Our instructor Dennis was an amazing teacher and we had a great time laughing and joking with him. We truly had one of the best teachers, food and fun! Kudos to the restaurant staff who also explained all the wine pairing's and top notch service! . A memorable experience that we will never forget! Joy, Adrienne and Donna
