What a fun experience! I learned that I make a GREAT tiramisu (sorry about the spelling), but my pasta needs work. Everyone who made this class happen were AMAZING and friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend.

Mona was amazing, patient and full of culinary knowledge! Our family of boys (12 and 17 yrs) had fun and didn’t get frustrated!! The kitchens were beautiful, clean and professional - finishing the morning by eating our creations paired with perfect wines was the best! Would highly recommend!!

Incredible experience, there were 12 of us in the group that took part. My wife and I on our honeymoon. Light hearted fun.
My cooking experience is all air fryer based and the instructor Simone managed to explain things clearly and make sure we all had a decent end product. We’re not very adventurous with food in general but thoroughly enjoyed eating our pasta dishes afterwards.
The space was recently refurbished we were told and it looks amazing. For the price we paid, it was a very premium experience. Overall 10/10 experience, one of the best things we did on our trip and I would recommend this to anyone looking for an activity in Siena.

I would call this a pasta making class as that is all we did. They prepared most of the tiramisu, the fillings and the sauce for the pasta. If pasta making is all you are looking for then it was a very organized class with great instructors. I was looking for something different so disappointed. We had a sit down dinner afterwards which was nice.

The experience overall was fun, but a bit rushed and you don’t really learn much. It’s more just a filler “something cute to do” activity vs a real cooking lesson. All of the hard part is done in advance (for example, the tiramisu cream is pre made and basically you are just layering it in a cup). The only thing you really do yourself is mix, knead and roll out and shape pasta. It was cute and fun, the other participants were a nice friendly group of 3 couples so we had a good time. You eat the food at the end at the restaurant next door, but honestly it wasn’t very good and we were all a little sad that we wasted a dinner on it.

Joanna was an excellent teacher and made the class fun! Facilities were clean, and the meal was excellent! They were able to make gluten free versions of the pasta we made for me to eat during our meal. The wine tastings were also delicious!

We gathered for a glass of prosecco and introductions to start. First we learned how to make and assemble tiramisu - simple yet precise. Then we made and kneaded pasta dough. We stretched the dough through a pasta machine then made 3 shapes - ravioli, tortellone, and tagliatelle. Our instructor, Joanna, was fun, energetic and positive. She gave great tips throughout and praised us, even when our shapes didn't turn out quite right. 😄 We enjoyed a hearty lunch of each pasta with a complimentary sauce. The wine tasting option was great, as we tasted new varieties of wines that paired well with the pastas. Overall an excellent experience - highly recommend!

This was so fun!! My husband and I had a great time creating something new that we can now go home and try!! We created the pastas and the chefs cooked them with the sauces. The butter and sage sauce they put on the ravioli was incredible. We were so happy to do something fun and Italian haha. Our teacher was so fun and made it easy to learn. We would definitely recommend this!!

Fun and interactive. Our instructor was fabulous. Informative, hands on with each individual and extremely patient with a class of newbie pasta makers. The wine and lunch afterwards was not only delicious but fun interacting with tables of new friends. Highly recommend.

It’s an authentic family trattoria and the chefs running the classes make them fun and interesting. The classes are in a purpose built cookery school and then you move next door to the restaurant to eat your own food. Add in the wine tasting too for the full Italian experience.

It is a fun hands on learning experience! Our chef was wonderful! She explained everything in detail and showed us what to and what no to do with each type of pasta. Lots of great practical tips we can apply at home!!😁. Great class!! So much fun!! Learned SO Much!!

The venue was nice, but there were two classes going on simultaneously which made it difficult to hear our instructor. Our instructor was new and you could tell she was getting used to the “rhythm“ of instruction and interacting with the class. Rather than watching an instructor perform and trying to replicate with oversight, I felt like we were just told what to do and needed to keep the pace moving along briskly. After preparing the different courses, we proceeded to the restaurant, and we were able to sit down with our classmates and enjoy the food and some vino. This was the highlight of the day as we had a great group.
My suggestion would be to have one main instructor for both groups combined with two assistants circulating to help the students. The main instructor should be preparing the meal and a screen should show what they were doing. Overall, we had fun, but it was mainly because of the dinner at the end.

My husband and I tried this class for the first time. It was a great introduction to making pasta. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were paired with a family and they were great people which made the experience a lot more fun! The food was delicious and the three glasses of wine were amazing. Definitely worth the money.

Great value, great experience!
We thought we were going to make peposo, but didn’t. However we did get to eat some and it was delicious, as was the pasta, each with a different sauce. Tiramisu was to die for!
They happily substituted white wine for the reds that were provided, as I only like white.
Considering how much we got to eat, this was also a great deal!

This was our most amazing Viator experience ever. The cooking class was so much fun. The chefs were amazing. We learned to make three different pastas and Tiarmisu. We then went to the restaurant and had the best meal using the pastas we made that we have had in all of Italy. Not to mention the fun we had with the others in the class. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

We enjoyed our first cooking class with Dennis so much we decided to take a second class. What better way to get out of the 95 degree heat while learning some new Tuscan dishes in the cool AC! This class was a little longer cause we made several additional dishes to complete a traditional Tuscan four course meal. Our meal was delicious and the four wine spearing was excellent. Dennis was gracious enough to accommodate my wifes diet. This is a great cooking school for both beginners and advanced cooking enthusiast. These two cooking classes were the absolute highlights of time to Siena to witness the Palio!
