Typical cheese derived from the processing of sheep's milk and little salt. It can be with or without peppercorns.

Typical farmer's salami, derived from the processing of pork, seasoned only with spices, sea salt and peppercorns.

Local olives, matured in water and salt

"Dried tomatoes"

Local red tomatoes, cut in half and placed to dry in the sun and then put in extra virgin olive oil.

"Bruschette with Matarocco"

Slices of bread baked in wood, seasoned with typical pesto made with red tomatoes, basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.

Cooked preparation based on aubergines, peppers and celery with a mixture of sugar and vinegar that give it the typical "sour and sweet" flavor.
