no-show - waisted valuable vacation time

Booking (expensive over $1000 for 2 people) confirmed day before then morning of tour, it was a no- show at pick up location/time - after several phone calls being told that instead of 8:30 am pickup, we would definitely be picked up at 9:00 am “sharp”- time came and still no show - after waiting in lobby of hotel for well over an hour, I got notification of cancellation and refund

This appears to be an error on your part during the booking phase, not a fault of our system. Therefore, the price you paid was correct for the group rate you selected.
