Paid for private car driver in catania to travel to Taormina, No driver showed up for 9:30am pick up at port, called travelosophy tour operator 4 times no one answered, sent text at 945am and they responded at 11:47am with voucher. Sent another Text to refund due to tour operator no show. No responses very dissatisfied with lack of service and no contact.

Our driver and guide were at the port with the van waiting for you. They were there at 8.10 already and waited till 10. No one reached them. We didn’t receive any message from you. There’s not much else we can do beyond this.
