We got a message about about and hour before trip that the waters were too rough to go to where the dolphins are and wouldnt be able to do the 2.5hr but could do a condensed 1 hr and I would be refunded which we understood and were fine with. But when we got on the boat the skipper lady was rude to the kids and that was the only time she talked to our group (of 7) and was only talking to the other group (of 2 older women). She was scolding the kids and then told us on two different occasions we would still.be able to swim;at the beginning and then one of the kids asked her and she said "in 30min", then after about 40min we were at a spot where other boats were letting people jump in the water, but told us "its no good" and rode the boat off and took us around back to the docking spot. We ended up all upset, EXTREMELY disappointed, and 4 crying kids who were so excited to swim. I will not be EVER booking with this company again and making sure my travel agent and friend that lives here know. The ONLY reason I am even doing 2 stars is because the main guy who we spoke to was extremely nice and knew what service meant. I hope I get the refund as I was promised. No one said when or how it would occur, they were vague with me on that but said Viator is supposed to do an instant refund transfer- which also has not happened.

This was a really fun (and wet!) time. Definitely dress accordingly, since you will probably be splashed, and may also want to swim. Absolutely GORGEOUS sights (gorilla rock, blue grotto), even though we didn't see any dolphins (sigh...). 100% recommend!
