Tour guide was polite and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Puerto Rico’s history and got to see a lot of historical statues and artifacts. It was a fun workout too :) it’s an important trip to learn about how everything in latam started here essentially. Everyone needs to take this to learn it.

Despite being booked on Viator 3 months previously they were not expecting us. There was a problem that their booking system hadn’t synched with Viator. They tried to find a guide for us but couldn’t so we hired e-bikes instead - which were good. However had been a nuisance to get to that location for that time. Very disappointed

We rode from Condado to the highest point along El Morro. It was beautiful. The guide knew the good routes! He communicated clearly, and we always felt safe.
Im over 60 and have a bad hip! I was worried I couldnt get up those hills! But it was fine!
And FUN!

Our guide, Darrien, was great. Ended up being just my husband and me. He personalized our biking destinations based on where we had already been or not been. He knew the history and was very charming.

I had such a great time on this bike tour. I ended up booking last minute and was the only person in the tour on Thanksgiving day and it ended up being the perfect little adventure in Old San Juan. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get in some exercise while seeing the beautiful city.

Truly, one of the best tours of a small city that I’ve taken. I learned so much about the geography, history, architecture, and religion of the local people of Puerto Rico. The bike ride was fairly easy, and my guide. “Dariàn” was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The tour was conducted in Spanish for me, but I did note that he speaks beautiful English as well! I would highly recommend this bicycle tour to anybody of all ages. Being almost 65 years old, I no difficulty keeping up with the pace of the ride. Kudos to this wonderful company and to my guide Darien.

Damian was a great tour guide. The bike tour is a bit strenuous going up and down hills. The sunsets early in PR, so if you book a 5PM tour, be aware that you will be riding at night. Unfortunately, riders dont have reflect vests nor are there reflectors or small blinking lights on the bikes.

Awesome experience! Although, it was a little stressful trying to locate where the tour began. According to the Viator booking, the meeting point was a white tent before the bridge at 860 Dr. Ashford Ave. There was no white tent before the bridge and they weren’t located at 860 Dr. Ashford Ave. I sent a message to the company via Viator app asking where the meeting point was. They responded the day after our tour with,”We are located in Building 864. Right in front of The Condado Plaza Hotel.” Si, just a heads up that the meeting point address is wrong on the Viator confirmation.
Once we located the meeting point and had our bike tour, we were so glad we booked this. The actual bike ride was about 4 1/2 miles on a single speed bike. Our guide, Jorge, was great and he brought us to many different points to take pictures. It was a beautiful ride on a gorgeous day. Expect lots of ocean views and to see the charming city of Old San Juan. I highly recommend.

Our bike ride with Justin & Josh. They were full of expertise & history. Make sure to bring plenty of water. Although our excursion was in November at 9:30am it still got HOT! You will have to be comfortable riding a bike. Helmets are not worn and a small part of the ride you are closer to passing vehicles. It will also be helpful to be an active individual but, there are breaks a long the way.

The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star review is due to the fact that there were minor issues.
1). The description of the meeting place was completely wrong and it took us 5 panicky minutes finding it. For example it said white tent and there wasn’t a tent.
2). They did not have me registered. Fortunately, I had a confirmation email.
However, the guide was exceptional, the ride was a mix of beautiful vistas and amazing history and I found the bike easy to ride.

Justin was a wonderful guide and an even kinder human being. He offered personal touches like photos, video ideas and recorded shots for us. And when we had a small medical emergency on the tour, he went above and beyond. He was such a professional and we felt very fortunate to have his assistance. Thank you, Justin. Our tour guy Edu was amazing he went above and beyond he showed us others areas on our tour. I can honestly say it was indeed a VIP tour experience. He showed us a lot of history areas and volunteered to take pictures of me and my daughter at different historic spots and then took a couple of breaks along the way. He was patient and not rushing at all.

I know delays happen, but we waited an additional 30 minutes for the tour guide to arrive only to find out half way through the tour he was a stand-in. The regular tour guide was on vacation. Had we known this, we would not have gone on this tour. While our guide was nice and courteous, we learned very little about the history of Puerto Rico and Old San Juan. Had we know this we would have cancelled the tour. We could have just rented bikes and gone on our own.

George our guide was the best he was personable, friendly and made sure we were comfortable with the pace and stopped by all the best photo ops. He also made great recommendations for more activities on the island.

It was the worst experience from the beginning. Came with a party of 8. They only had 4 bikes available. So half our party could not participate. We reserved these bikes over three months ago. The the tour guide found himself an Elyria bike without a battery. However his tires were not inflated. In the first 30 mins we walked the bike rather than rode due to high pedestrian traffic( which they should know this and choose another route). Mid way through we canceled tour as it was horrible. Tour guide new nothing of San Juan

This was a super fun way to see Old San Juan. It was beautiful and visiting by bike allowed us to see more of the sites and to get a little exercise at the same time. Allen was our guide and he was cheerful and accommodating. We were a group of 8 friends and we all enjoyed the views and the experience. The bikes were cute retro bikes. The basket on the front allowed us to bike without anything on our backs. They also offered a water or Gatorade for the ride. I would definitely recommend this tour!!

My husband and I were the only guests on this tour. At first, we were excited as we would have a private tour and that seemed like a bonus. Unfortunately, our tour guide was a very young man who did not appear to have much experience giving bike and city tours. The guide had earbuds in his ears (listening to music?) throughout much of the tour. When we asked a question, he removed the earbuds, answered the question, and then put the earbuds back in. It was quite unprofessional. The guide was very laid back and soft spoken. This tour is promoted as a bike tour, but we spent much of the tour walking around Old San Juan aimlessly with no apparent agenda of what to see. Our guide was a very nice, local, young man but he was not a very good bike and city tour guide.
Interesting side note: we arrived by cruise ship, took a $20 taxi ride to get to the tour meeting point, rode bikes to the cruise ship area and walked around, then rode bikes back to the tour meeting point and spent $20 to get back to the ship area. Had we understood the tour better we probably would have just taken an Old San Juan city walking tour and skipped the bikes.

Our guide Sebas was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even during regular polite conversation he took time to stop and explain different landmarks and areas of the city and their cultural importance. I would 100% go again.

It was hard to find at first but the tour guide waited for me and I was really grateful for that. It was also hard to get in contact with. However, I enjoyed the trip. It was just me and a lovely couple that joined so it was quite intimate and that was best. I wish we had more time in the market though. The tour guide took good photos too so thank you! Very informative!

This was the best way to see historical landmarks near Old San Juan and get some exercise in. Our guide was very knowledgeable and allowed us to stop at various points during our tour to explore, take pictures and ask questions. Would definitely recommend this tour.
