Violated and taken advantage of, beware!

We arrived expecting an English speaking tour guide and were met by a (kid) who was in charge. The (kid) did not speak English at all which was a breach of what I paid for. I requested a refund and to date I have not received one. This is unacceptable to take money from a paying client, me or anyone else, and not provide the services which were advertised. This experience will possibly curtail if not conclude my use of Viator in the future.

Horrible experience, the app said the guide spoke English, we got there and the extremely young guide didn’t speak English, then they want 20 dollars per person for insurance. Called and Viator to request a refund twice and still no confirmation because they couldn’t reach the vendor.

It’s was so adventurous to ride though old San Juan the scenery and history was amazing.. The Tour guide was so patient with me .. I was nervous initially.. then got the hang of it on the way back .. I would recommend this on itinerary when visiting Old San Juan.. Awesome time !

Not what we wanted

We didn’t get to do the emoped, we were told there were protests and it was not safe? We went to Old San Juan ourselves after and didn’t see any protesters. We did the UTV instead, they were ok but not what we wanted. The guides didn’t really speak to us just played really loud music and stopped at a couple beaches.

AMAZING❤️❤️❤️‼️ Best way to see the city and so much fun. The eMoped/scooter gives you like your own personal view of the city and the city was beautiful.The tour guide was so patient he did not rush us or anything and he took some amazing pics and videos of us. The tour guide even let us use his Bluetooth speaker while riding to listen to our own personal music. I hands down loved this tour/event‼️

Unfortunately the moped didn’t work out for us so we got a tour on the camam vehicle through Old San Juan. That was nice. The driver stopped so we could take pics. Would possibly do this again

I can’t recommend this company enough. We had issues with what we booked. Viator offered no solution but the owner of the tour company did! Offered us a different way to do the tour we wanted and did it for the same price!! Customer service was amazing and we had a BLAST!!!

No kidding…this is soooo much better than walking or riding a bike in the scorching sun! Breezy as u twist and turn through San Juan’s beautiful and historical streets. Would do this again hands down!

Segway scooters around San Juan

Abdel met us on time at the hotel meeting point. Their office is on the property. After a little paperwork and a $20 insurance fee we went to the scooters. He fitted us with the helmets. Our orientation was brief but we had previous experience. If you haven't rode before make sure to ask lots of questions. The scooters were new and in very good shape. He even provided us with a Bluetooth speaker so we could ride with music in the background. He was very knowledgeable about getting around and using the bike lanes. We went to the historical and scenic sites along the way. He didn't talk to much about the history but we weren't really there for the historical aspect. The breeze was really nice. The scooters were easy to handle and worked well. Everywhere we went people noticed us and commented they wished they would have done the same thing. It added some excitement and variety to what have been a normal tour. We rode for a couple of hours. Afterwards he recommended beaches nearby that were clean and nice. We took a taxi back to the cruise terminal. Really the only thing that was difficult was during the booking we had to do a separate individual booking for my wife and I. It doesn't let you add reservations to the cart. It was a highlight for us and we would do it again!
