I booked thru Viator as part of my cruise ship excursion. It was easy to book. They are very responsive in keeping you up to fate o. Your booking. Even giving detailed directions of how to get there. Its a short distance from the pier. 15 minute walk and you walk right along the pier. It did look a little sketchy once you turn down the road right before the location but the location was easy to find. There's a sign that confirms the location is down the road.
I had such an amazing experience on this jet ski tour! The weather was perfect. The water is so blue. You can see fish near the location. The views were absolutely beautiful, and seeing Puerto Rico from the water was truly unforgettable.
They do require your photo ID and payment card to keep on fine for incidental charges.
There's several big trunks to store your items for free.
The instructor was incredibly friendly and explained all the instructions clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time.
They provide you with a life vest.
Sunscreen and goggles are there for purchase.
I brought along my phone on a waterproof phone bag and the jet ski have a compartment that you can store belongings.
The jet skis are freaking fast. This was my 1st time ever riding one and I had a blast! And the speed—CRAZY. They let you go full out several times throughout the experience. The jet ski area really easy to navigate too!
I wear vision glasses and was worried that they would fall off but I didnt have any issues. I would recommend bring a small towel or eyeglass cleaner if you do so you can clean them during the breaks.
I loved learning about the history of the Puerto Rican castles and the culture along the way, it added so much depth to the experience.
You get breaks and the guides take photos and videos of you and you have the opportunity to jump in the water if you want. Cost was only $20 to get your photos and videos sent to you!
They give you water bottle after you're done!
As a solo rider, this tour exceeded my expectations and ended up being one of my favorite excursions on my cruise.
I would recommend - water resistant sunscreen, towel, goggles, moisturizer and lip balm. Especially afterwards because the salt water dries your skin out.
I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

Our guide was amazing, and explained everything from beginning to end, without any complications! I was passenger, so I’m sure i wasn’t getting as much salt in my face as my boyfriend was, but overall we both agreeably had a great time! We were also able to take pictures, in the time that we were able to stop! 10/10 loved this experience!

A fun afternoon out on the water! My family (myself, husband and two kids - 11 & 13) enjoyed our jet ski experience and greatly appreciated that we could go our own speed (and not have to follow some of the others). One of the guides hung back and made sure we felt comfortable. They took some great action photos and videos (you can buy them for $20/jet ski), which I appreciated so that I didn’t have to take photos myself. This is not a free-for-all; they do lead you through the water to the Castilo (so if you’re looking to go out in your own, this isn’t the tour for you). They did share a few bits of history with us, but it was mostly on the go. I had never driven a jet ski before and it took a while to feel confident, but I got there! Would definitely do it again (and maybe without my kids so I could see how fast I could take it!)

Staff was great and guaranteed that me and my sister had a great time. They made sure we understood all the safety rules and how to use the jet skis since it was our first time. If you’re in San Juan, I totally recommend booking with them!

The experience itself was AMAZING ! Instructors were so nice and knowledgeable and so experienced with the jet skis it was incredible to see! The also took photos and videos of us on it which made the experience 10x better! Thank you so much for the amazing experience! (It was my first time on one and was on the back of my husband and boy let me tell you I was SCARED ! Lol but it was fun!!!)

Loved this tour! The tour guides are big on safety and make sure you understand the basics and the importance of safety before you even get started. They took great pics and videos and made stops a few times along the route to be sure we were ok. Would do this again anytime I’m in San Juan.

The guys are great!! We were running late due to having Uber drivers cancel on us. One tour guy stayed back and caught us up with the rest of the group. Customer service is 5 stars! I highly recommend.

Little skeptical location. Once there, so helpful. Check in and waivers easy to take care of. Secure place for belongings. Good amount of water time on the skis. Would recommend.

Took our family out on this and then tour and our kids have never been on a jet ski. Everyone had a blast! The length of being out on the water was “just right”, other than more than necessary breaks (would have been happier with just one, but we had 3) it was the time of our lives’
Fun fact, our daughters are 10-years apart and the older daughter be was scared to go fast, and the younger one just wanted me to punch it. So, there is range for everyone’s comfort zone.
Let the tour guides take your photos and video, just pay for the memories, that way you can just enjoy the experience and let the pros do the work.

This was the best jestsking activity I went on. Alex was a great tour guide made us feel comfortable and took us around the city San Juan for scenic views on Jetski how kool is that. Also took pictures for everyone so we could enjoy the ride while he flicks away.

We had a great time and it was a great experience. I really appreciated how safety was their number 1 priority. I took my 12 year old son and even though the water was a little rough today we felt completely safe because the staff made sure we had fun but were following safety precautions at all times. It was the perfect combination of speed, fun, and beautiful landscapes. They did a great job capturing great photos and videos so we could keep our memories. Would definitely do this tour again.

The ride was fun and a cool experience I just wish our group was a little more experienced they slowed everyone down I think there should be a tour with experienced riders vs not experienced to make it better.

Would have been a good experience but there was one of the tour guides that completely rubbed me the wrong way. I believe his name is Luis (I could be wrong about the name and unfortunately the only distinguishing trait I can use is he speaks English the best out of the other guides, young, speaks Gen Z-like) Completely unprofessional, rude and just nasty! To start off he was giving instructions I couldn’t hear him, I asked for clarification and he just said “it’s not that deep bro”. Not even sure what he meant by that. On the ride, one of the tourists was having a difficult time steering the jet ski, which is understandable being it was his first time. Luis would often stop and make side comments to me and my friend about this tourist who paid his hard earned money for this experience. That really rubbed me the wrong way. That individual would later unfortunately fall off the jet ski and Luis would later stop the group and laugh as the tourist was struggling to make his way back on the jet ski while another kind guide was helping him out of the water (Guillermo?). Luis constantly was leaving behind most of the group just speeding off and would stop and complain about other paying tourists not being able to keep up. What a nasty person! At the end of the tour, I was docking the jet ski and he told me use a little bit of gas but as I was about to press the gas he also reached over my hand and pressed it which then caused me to collide with the dock mildly. Luis then became irate and very disrespectful and at first I apologized and told him he told me to hit the gas and also hit the gas as well but he just continued to yell and that is when we proceeded to go back and forth. Luis is a VERY nasty person and as long as he works there I highly do NOT recommend this activity. I think the company would do much better without him. 0/10 human being.

We had a blast. The guides were great with instructions, checked in with us often and took lots of pix for us. This was our first time on a jet ski (same for everyone in the group) and it was simple to pick up. The weather was total crap and it didn’t matter. I think that added to the whole experience. We saw the governors mansion, the old fort, zoomed around the cruise ships in port and out to the container port. The water was incredibly warm- there was no getting used to the temps at all.

The whole experience was great to start off. Very professional and gave a great history lesson on the area. The whole staff was amazing actually. The water was a little rough but that just comes with it. Video/pictures came out great and it was extremely worth it. Honestly loved the tour and I personally will be coming back to do it again. My jet ski experience was AMAZING! It was my very first time ever jet skiing and I had such a wonderful time. I don’t even know how to swim, but I felt completely safe the entire time. Our tour instructor Alexis was incredible — so patient, helpful, and made the whole experience fun and comfortable for us!
It was my boyfriend and I’s first time visiting Puerto Rico, and this was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. When we come back, we will absolutely be jet skiing again with them — no question! Thank you guys so much for making our time unforgettable! 🌊💙
