Make sure you bring a hat it gets hot under the sun. Its a lot of work but its worth it. If you get motion sickness be sure to take something for it

☀️🚴♀️ Our Water Bikes are completely pedal-powered and, because they use your legs, they generally require less effort than paddling a kayak.
However, like any human-powered recreational activity, they do require some physical effort, which can vary depending on each participant’s physical condition, as well as water and wind conditions. We’re glad to hear that you felt the experience was worth it.

Fun and relaxing. We are not swimmers but felt very safe through out. We would definitely do it again the next time we come back to Puerto Rico. We have very good memories and will share our experience with all our friends and family in Texas .

Very fun at night, our tour guide Jose was fun, energetic, showed us around and took our pictures. The chill boats were fun and we raced other couples. Highly recommend at night

I didn’t get to experience it Jose informed me of weather so marine time would be canceled and offered to refund me or switch to another day but I had excursions already picked for the next day so I chose the refund but I appreciate the communication & if I am to come back I’ll definitely book with them again

I was contacted by the guide to change our booked and paid time slot due to other travelers wanting our spot. Because my husband and I were there on our honeymoon, we had other things, so we couldnt change. We were told that was fine. We were then contacted again by the guide to cancel saying it was due to weather conditions that were non existent. We were told over the phone and through text message that we would be getting a refund since they cancelled due to weather. I am still waiting on my refund, the guide has not responded, and its been more than enough time to process. We would have loved to do this activity that we paid for but unfortunately, didnt have the opportunity to do so.

Faith: We are honored that you considered us for such a special occasion, and we sincerely regret that things did not go as planned. Is not usual but we may contact guests to see whether they would be willing to move to a different departure time in order to consolidate groups and improve operational efficiency. These requests are entirely voluntary, and a guest's decision to keep their original reservation has no impact on whether a tour ultimately operates.
In this case, the subsequent cancellation was unrelated to the schedule adjustment request and was based solely on the conditions observed prior to departure. It is important to note that safe operating conditions are determined by much more than rain or clear skies. Our decisions are based on a combination of factors, including wind, currents, water movement, navigation conditions, and sargassum accumulation and more, all of which are weather related and can affect both the safety of our guests and the overall quality of the experience.
Once the decision is made to cancel the tour, the host immediately begins contacting guests and processing the necessary cancellation and refund requests. On this occasion, the host was working alone managing all operational responsibilities. While we understand your frustration, we fully support the actions taken, as guest safety must always come first.
Regarding your refund, we can confirm that the refund request was submitted and approved from our end. In fact, the request was submitted on more than one occasion to ensure it was properly processed. However, your reservation was made through an external booking platform: VIATOR/TRIPADVISOR. As the tour operator, we can submit and approve refund requests, but we do not manage or control the platform's refund processing timeline. These processes are handled by your booking service provider and typically takes between 3–7 business days. We encourage you to verify the status directly with your booking platform, as they can provide the most current information regarding your refund. I have personally confirmed that the refund request was processed from our side. Thank you for your patience.

In the description it says "Learn about San Juan’s history while you pedal". Unfortunately this was very misleading as it gave the impression that the tour guide was going to provide us with information of San Juan while we pedeled to different parts of San Juan. The guide was good but he guided us without providing us with any San Juan information. We liked the experience of the chiliboats overall but you really either need to change the description or have the tour guide provide the history of San Juan. There was also mention of seeing things we wouldn't normally see which how would we know that unless someone told us what we were looking at.

Regarding your observation, our tours are designed to provide a safe and organized experience, which is why it is essential to arrive 30 minutes early to receive the tour explanation and safety briefing. It is also important to follow the guide’s instructions at all times for the safety of all participants and the proper flow of the activity.
While our guides may share points of interest during the tour, this is not a formal historical tour. As this is a moving water-based activity, it can be difficult to provide detailed explanations throughout the entire route, which is why the main orientation is given before departure.

On the morning of your reservation, our host sent you a courtesy message with the meeting point location, later called you directly, and even sent additional map links to assist you in finding us.You chose to buy the tickets with Viator/Tripadvisor, they have a customer service center that helps in this situation. You mentioned you were next to the Hyatt, and that is right across the street, we don't understand how or why it took you 45 min...
You said you were still on the way, so we delayed the tour several minutes to allow extra time for your arrival. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, you were not able to reach the meeting point. We understand how disappointing this can be, but we do our best to provide clear directions and real-time assistance to all guests. For this reason, we recommend reviewing the meeting location and departure instructions in advance to ensure a smooth experience and early arrival.
Absolutely disappointing experience.
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary after dealing with this company. Their customer service is completely unhelpful and unwilling to take action. I reached out with a reasonable request and was calm and professional. Every time, I was met with scripted replies and no flexibility.
It’s clear they care more about policy than people. If something goes wrong (which it did), the address is clearly wrong for the tour, which in turn made us late. I will not be using them again and highly recommend others look elsewhere. Companies that treat customers like this don’t deserve your business.

These are consequences of not arriving on time for your scheduled appointment. It’s important to be truthful and transparent, and this is an opportunity to clarify that you did not comply with the agreement you accepted when making your reservation.
You arrived more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled activity. Despite this, other guests who arrived on time—were flexible and understanding, and kindly waited for you for over 15 minutes, hoping you would still be able to join. Unfortunately, the delay was too long, and we had to proceed out of respect for the others and in accordance with our safety and operational protocols. Punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our tours, and it is the responsibility of each participant to arrive on time. Your reservation, including the correct meeting address, was confirmed and provided by the booking platform, and the information was clearly stated in your confirmation email.
When you eventually arrived, one of your party members blamed us, saying the address led you to a Walmart, and held us accountable for the delay. However, the directions provided were accurate and confirmed by the system. Your spots were reserved and held, but your late arrival affected not only your own experience, but also that of the other participants.
It’s also important to clarify that this was not just a simple request as you mention. You first demanded a refund after missing the tour, and only after being informed that this was not permitted under the cancellation policy did you request to reschedule. We respectfully explained that this was considered a NO SHOW, and rescheduling was not possible based on the terms you agreed to at the time of booking.
Additionally, you never communicated with us to request assistance or support—your messages were only complaints. We also informed you that any further concerns should be addressed directly with the booking platform, as we are the tour operator, not the reservation provider. Our team remained courteous and professional throughout, responding as quickly as possible despite actively conducting tours at the time.
We understand your frustration and that it may lead you to speak unfavorably about us or present the situation from your perspective. However, we stand by the facts and the steps we took to handle this situation responsibly. Our goal is always to provide excellent service and memorable experiences to our guests. We followed all proper procedures, maintained open communication, and submitted full documentation to the booking platform. We operate with integrity and fairness.
Very very fun experience. Wish I could go again. The guide takes you the entire way and even on a windy day the boat is easy to navigate.

It’s a relaxing boat ride around Condado Bay. The tour guide allows you to go at your own pace, there is plenty of time on the water, the waves aren’t an issue and the scenery is beautiful.

Experience was a 10/10! You get a chance to explore Puerto Rico in a fun way. Tour guide was amazing also! He made sure to tell us the history of Old San Juan along with capturing memories for us. If you plan on visiting soon, definitely add this to your itinerary!

The weather was extremely windy and so they sent us a text to move our time from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm . We could not make the 1:00 and said to credit us since we could not make the 1:00pm . Then a couple hours later they said we had to pay for the 11:00 because they have the power to cancel only an hour before the scheduled time even though they moved our time due to weather. They changed their communication to say we only offered an option to move it because of the weather. That’s not what the text said. We did not go on the trip due to the high winds but they are stating they will not refund. What a rip off !!

On the morning of your tour, our team contacted you to offer the possibility of moving your reservation to a later departure as a courtesy because weather conditions were being closely monitored. This was an optional accommodation, not a cancellation of your original reservation.
As conditions improved, we informed you that your original 11:00 AM tour would operate as scheduled and that your reserved spaces remained available. Unfortunately, your group chose not to attend.
Because the tour operated as scheduled and the reservation was canceled after the applicable cancellation deadline, we were unable to issue a refund under both our cancellation policy and the booking platform's policy.
