Kevin was fantastic, and personality. He was easy-going, creative with poses, and did a very good job, keeping us engaged during the photo shoot.
Our problems with Kevin came after the photo shoot. He promised photos within seven business days. I followed up with him several times and no response. I finally received a response that he had sent them so I verified with my email and spam folder that it was a lie. It wasn’t until I requested a refund that I received my pictures. I will not book through Viator again. Kevin was a very nice gentleman, but when someone pays for service to get what you paid for in the timely manner. I’m not wanting to leave negative reviews, I am a photographer, and I understand the process, however, this was significantly delayed with no heads up. I will likely not book services through Viator again, and would likely not book with this photographer again based on this experience. I still think Kevin is a nice guy and the pictures. He did look great but the lack of communication and lies until refund was requested rub me the wrong way.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the photoshoot itself and that you were happy with the final images.
I do want to respectfully clarify one part of your review. When I stated that the photos had been sent, they had been sent to the email address provided with the Viator reservation. I would never intentionally lie to a client about delivering their photos. Once you let me know that you had not received them, I offered to create and send you a new gallery link.
At that time, I was away from my computer completing scheduled photoshoots and explained that I would send the new link as soon as I returned. I did exactly that. I understand that you requested a refund during that time, but the delivery of the new link was not prompted by the refund request; I sent it as soon as I was back at my computer and able to create it.
That said, I completely understand that the overall delay and communication leading up to this situation were frustrating, and I take responsibility for where my communication could have been better. I’m glad you ultimately enjoyed the photographs, and I appreciate your positive comments about both the session and the final images.
I loved the experience. Kevin was nice. The beach was private. Can't wait to receive our photos. It was very romantic.
Kevin showed up to take our photos we had a great time, however we never received our pictures and he never responded to our messages. ☹️we are so disappointed. We flew to Puerto Rico for our engagement pictures. And we never received them.
3 weeks later and still no photos. Also I have sent ten messages following up and there still has been no response. I don’t think I will ever get my family photos. He’s MIA now. Hopefully with leaving a review I will get a response.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Kevin was an absolutely fantastic photographer and was honestly one of the major highlights of my girlfriend and I visit to PR. Not only is he great at helping ease your anxiety to make natural smiles and facial expressions, but he also gives some history and advice on local food joints and bars that are traditional Puerto Rican. Truly an amazing experience
Traffic was bad but our Photographer patiently gave us time, had a great shoot &my wife enjoyed every second..
Kevin was great! Very knowledgeable of the area he was photographing us in. Got some amazing shots with his guidance on posing and made sure we were happy with the outcome before continuing on to the next location! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get some great photos in Puerto Rico!
The experience over all was great aside for the communication conflict between my other family members that also booked a photo shoot. He ended up squeezing 7 of us in one hour.
It was July 8th and we haven’t received our pictures nor has he communicated with us at all.
The experience with Kevin was ok. He was punctual and friendly. We chatted about local restaurants to eat at and places to visit. When we were finished with the session we were told that we would get the photos within 5-7 days and they would be sent through the Viator app. It has been nearly 3 weeks and we have yet to receive our photos. I’ve had to reach out on different platforms to get in touch. I was told “I sent them out already.” I provided my email address as requested and still have not received our photos. We traveled to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and thought it would be great to have photos professionally taken to help us celebrate our milestone….but that did not happen. This experienced has turned out to be very disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that the delivery issue with your gallery caused frustration, especially since these photos were meant to commemorate such an important milestone as your 10th wedding anniversary.
I do want to clarify for future guests that the photos had been completed and multiple attempts were made to deliver the gallery invitation using the email addresses and phone numbers provided. Unfortunately, for reasons outside of my control, the gallery invitations were not reaching you as expected.
Once I realized the normal delivery methods were not working, I continued looking for an alternative way to get the photos to you. We were ultimately able to resolve the issue by sending the direct gallery link through Facebook Messenger—something I normally do not use for gallery delivery—and you confirmed that you successfully received and accessed your photos.
I completely understand that the additional wait was disappointing, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issue. I’m glad we were ultimately able to get your anniversary photos to you, and this experience has also helped me identify an additional backup delivery method should a similar issue ever occur in the future.
Thank you again for choosing me to capture your time in Puerto Rico, and I wish you both many more happy anniversaries.

We had such a wonderful experience with our beach photoshoot! Our photographer was friendly and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. My husband and I aren’t natural in front of the camera, but he knew exactly where to take us for beautiful photos and gave us easy, clear directions on how to pose. He made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable!
Before our session, we ate at El Iman across the street. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the mango mojito!
Kevin is AMAZING. He is so nice and has such an awesome personality! He has a degree in film in photography so he knows what he is doing. He took us to some of the most beautiful spots for our photos and then gave us all the tips on what the locals do. I highly recommend!!!
I chose Kevin as our photographer because of the outstanding reviews he had received, and my experience leading up to the photo shoot reflected exactly what I had read. Communication was excellent, and the photo session itself went very well. He was professional, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable for my family.
After the shoot, Kevin let me know that I could purchase additional edited photos for $30, which I gladly did. He also advised that the edited photos would be ready within one to two weeks.
Unfortunately, since then, I have not received the photos or any communication regarding their status. Despite leaving multiple messages through Viator and making several phone calls, I have not received a response.
This photo shoot meant so much more than just taking pictures. It was my sister’s 60th birthday celebration and our very first family photo session together. Sadly, all of our parents and grandparents have passed away, and my oldest sister is the only remaining mother figure among all of us siblings. Family traveled from New York City and other locations to make this moment possible, making these photographs truly priceless.
I sincerely hope Kevin reaches out and delivers the photos we paid for because the experience during the session was wonderful, and that’s exactly why I selected him based on his exceptional reviews. At this point, however, I can only review my complete experience, which unfortunately includes not receiving our photos or any followup communication. I truly hope this situation is resolved soon so I can update this review accordingly.

The photographer was very nice and relatable and sent the pics a couple hours after the shoot. They turned out great!
When we got to shoot and were greeted with kindness and professionalism. We were guided to all the locations to shoot and it was an easy and well directed shoot. Close to the locals with great food in the area
