We had such a wonderful experience with our beach photoshoot! Our photographer was friendly and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. My husband and I aren’t natural in front of the camera, but he knew exactly where to take us for beautiful photos and gave us easy, clear directions on how to pose. He made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable!
Before our session, we ate at El Iman across the street. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the mango mojito!

Kevin is AMAZING. He is so nice and has such an awesome personality! He has a degree in film in photography so he knows what he is doing. He took us to some of the most beautiful spots for our photos and then gave us all the tips on what the locals do. I highly recommend!!!

I chose Kevin as our photographer because of the outstanding reviews he had received, and my experience leading up to the photo shoot reflected exactly what I had read. Communication was excellent, and the photo session itself went very well. He was professional, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable for my family.
After the shoot, Kevin let me know that I could purchase additional edited photos for $30, which I gladly did. He also advised that the edited photos would be ready within one to two weeks.
Unfortunately, since then, I have not received the photos or any communication regarding their status. Despite leaving multiple messages through Viator and making several phone calls, I have not received a response.
This photo shoot meant so much more than just taking pictures. It was my sister’s 60th birthday celebration and our very first family photo session together. Sadly, all of our parents and grandparents have passed away, and my oldest sister is the only remaining mother figure among all of us siblings. Family traveled from New York City and other locations to make this moment possible, making these photographs truly priceless.
I sincerely hope Kevin reaches out and delivers the photos we paid for because the experience during the session was wonderful, and that’s exactly why I selected him based on his exceptional reviews. At this point, however, I can only review my complete experience, which unfortunately includes not receiving our photos or any followup communication. I truly hope this situation is resolved soon so I can update this review accordingly.

I really wanted to leave a positive review because the photoshoot itself was a great experience. Kevin was very informative and provided clear, helpful guidance on posing, which I appreciated.
However, it has now been 10 business days and I still have not received my photos. The expected delivery timeframe was 5–7 business days, and despite multiple follow-ups and assurances that the images would be sent, I am still waiting.
I was genuinely looking forward to seeing how the photos turned out, so this has been disappointing. I hope this is resolved soon, but at this point, the lack of delivery has impacted my overall experience.

Me and my Fiancé were late to the photoshoot and our photographer still got all the photos and was very pleasant and understanding. The location where we took the photos was perfect and he showed us how the set of pictures looked after we took them in case we wanted to redo them. Overall great experience. I only rated this activity 3/5 stars because it has been almost two weeks since we took the photos and we haven’t received them yet so I am hoping this was not a scam. It says 5-7 day turnaround rate so I’m not sure whats going on. We tried contacting him multiple times and haven’t heard back.

Just to clarify, our turnaround time is 5–7 business days, which does not include weekends or holidays. This past Friday was Viernes Santo (Good Friday) here in Puerto Rico, which is a holiday, so it was not counted as a business day.
Your gallery is scheduled for delivery today, Monday the 6th, right within the promised timeframe.
Regarding the delay in communication, we were out of office during the holiday period, which is why you may not have received a response right away. We’re now back and actively catching up on all messages.

Working with Kevin was absolutely wonderful! He’s accommodating, professional, and took the BEST pictures! My boyfriend and I wanted to capture some moments from our first trip together and Kevin did that beautifully! He knew the perfect spots along the beach to get the best shots and took time to edit the pictures to perfection. Throughout the shoot, he was so kind and charismatic and made the whole experience so much fun! He even made arranging the time for the shoot incredibly easy. He responded very quickly to messages and was so kind as to accommodate our plans. I cannot recommend this shoot enough and it’s an incredible price for the quality of not just photos but unforgettable memories that Kevin captures. We may be booking another shoot sometime soon :)
