We are located in the Condado Lagoon, across from the Playita Condado. Our office is located in Condominio Flamboyan, across the street of the Condado Plaza Hotel. Look for the sign Vip Adventures! There are multiple paid parking lots nearby available at Condado Plaza Hilton and La Marqueta.

The tour guide taught us how to kayak and use the paddles. It was more of a free for all. Once we were taught how to do it, we just kayaked around, there was no specific direction. Overall it was fun.

There was a little confusion with the reservation but the ladies at desk were so nice and solved everything. First time kayaking and non swimmer but time ever The kayak guys were (John) was wonderful. Thank you

Pleasant and helpful employees. The kayak was adequate for a flat lagoon but the paddles and life jackets were all one size too big for a smaller client.

This was my husband’s first time kayaking and my first in a 2 person. The staff were kind and helpful, plus let us go out earlier than our reservation. A very fun honeymoon experience!
We got to pet a baby manatee in the lagoon! The staff were fantastic and very friendly. They helped us with whatever we needed and recommended where to go!
Easy access to Condado Lagoon. Although we didn’t see manatees or many fish, it was a calm and easy kayak excursion.

I didn’t see any sea life but the experience was really nice. I was able to see both the sunset and the full moon at the same time. It was a calm and pleasant experience.

Fun hour on the water in the Lagoon, double kayak with the Mrs, I'd say i did most of the paddling, saw momma and baby Manatee!

Customer service was lacking. Two people talked to us and walked away from us. One walked away talking on the phone and helped another person get on a kayak before us.
We just stood there looking lost. Horrible customer service. Kids enjoyed the kayak though

The kayaks were ok, there’s no tour guide, so you’re pretty much on your on to go out on the lagoon and come back in an hour. You’re instructed to go down and back, I guess I need clearer instructions, on how far wide of the lagoon are we allowed bc there are other activities going on in the lagoon. But it was decent.

This experience was great. It was a great bonding experience for couples using double Kayaks. I would do this again. The only issue we had was that the directions were not clearly stated. I used the Viator Chat and they gave me an address 15 minutes from the location. It took me an hour to find them. I had to call the number they gave me through the chat feature 3 times. Thankfully, I left early.
I was new to kayaking but the staff took their time to explain what I should expect. It was a great experience overall

Terrifying! I can’t swim and I felt was though the water was taking me to fast, so I had the very nice gentleman to park me under the shade tree where it was safe 🤦🏾♀️Lol but it was a great experience for the few seconds I did try lol

Staff was friendly, taught us how to kayak, relax, great location, easy to find the tent, there is a portable bathroom to use. You can lock up your stuff for $10 extra.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped us get back to shore safely. Only downside Yw they didn’t mention the unlocked boxes which were the standard versus paying for a locker one for $10 while we were out
We never went bc When we got to the address we couldn't find the tour guide . While i was on the phone with him trying to get directions he hung up on me. When i called back he NEVER ANSWERED. I got a call back from a young lady that apologize about what happened and processed my refund that I asked for .
