If I could give this a zero star I would. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! they calmed me and ask could we move the 7pm excursion to 9. I had dinner plans and everything. When I went down there it was ghost town. I spent $240 for nothing. What a waste of money. They never replied to my text and now I’m out of money. These kind of people should be arrested

I was really looking forward to this bioluminescent kayak tour, but unfortunately it wasn’t as enjoyable as I expected. The biggest issue was that the lights in the kayak failed several times. Since it was very dark out, working lights would have made a huge difference and allowed us to better see and appreciate the bay and the bioluminescence. Without them, the experience felt limited and underwhelming.
At one point, I was personally pulled out and brought back by the overseer, which disrupted the flow of the tour and made things feel disorganized. On top of that, we were overcharged even after already paying through Viator, which was frustrating and unexpected.
Overall, the concept has a lot of potential, but the equipment was not up to par for what’s being advertised. I can understand now why they emphasize that the tour is nonrefundable. The experience doesn’t quite meet expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this tour unless significant improvements are made.

Hello, we would like to clarify some important points regarding your review. First, our experience is explicitly advertised as a Night Clear Kayak tour with LED lights; we do not promote or label this as a bioluminescent tour, as we operate in the urban Condado Lagoon.
Regarding the payment, we strictly honor reservations made through the Viator platform. We do not perform any additional charges or double-billings on-site. If you see an extra charge on your statement, we strongly recommend you contact Viator support directly, as they handle all financial transactions for your booking. We are not responsible for, nor do we have access to, payments made outside of our official check-in process.
We regret that you experienced technical issues with the LED lights on your specific board and we are addressing this with our maintenance team to ensure it doesn't happen again.

The kayaks are two person and are made of clear plastic with LED strips on each side shining into the water, illuminating down a few feet. Unfortunately there wasn't much to see our night, but we did have fun tooling around the lagoon for a hour.

Horrible I went on time and they canceled our kayaking due to the fact that the water commission closes the lake and they didn’t even send me a notice I went for nothing no one ever bothered to to tell me that there was no kajaking.

The instructor gave us pointers on how to use the panel because we did t have experience kayaking. He ensured us that we will be okay. It was the only two of us which made it easier for us and didn’t have to feel rushed. We seen a few fish that swam under our kayak and beside us. It was a really neat experience. It is definitely a work out! lol. We did hope the instructor initiated taking our photos or videos.

Since we are tourists we do not know very well the locations there, we were at the EXACT time agreed on the place, there was a booth armed with a counter but there was no one, we walked 2 blocks ahead, asking in each place we saw, we reached the lake and in the lake a person X told us they should go to the agency this one corner, already for this was 6:10, the activity was at 6, when we discovered all this and arrived at the agency premises, no one helped us, no one was fazed, they just did not care and said already kayaks came out and are in the lake ask for a refund for the page, they do not care anything, or look for another possible alternative, terrible service do not give importance to their clients
