Instruction meeting point after getting off your ship: There are two ship docks in Roatan. They are Mahogany Bay cruise port where Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises, and other ships dock. Then there are the Town Center Port of Roatan where Royal Caribbean cruises, celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruises, TUI Cruises and other ship dock. If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you 1 to 2 hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for Roatan Anderson Tours sign. If in a wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill for an additional $2. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate. . If your ship is dock on the Town Center Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left straight out to the main street once exiting gate #1 look across the street for Roatan Anderson Tours sign a representative will be there waiting for you 1 to 2 hour after ships arrival. If you make friends on board or have any family member and they are not booked with us but want to tag along that is not a problem, we will accommodate them with you. Once outside and having trouble locating us just feel free to ask any the security guard or any other local tour associate for Shervin Hamilton or Roatan Anderson Tours sign

Amazing Experience with Forty in Honduras!
We had such an unforgettable experience, all thanks to our incredible tour guide, Forty! From the moment he picked us up and drove us to our horseback riding adventure, we felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.
Forty was not only professional, but also very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to teach us so much along the way, including explaining the local culture and even showing us the currency in Honduras, which made the experience feel even more authentic and interesting.
After horseback riding, he took us to the beach where we were able to relax and take in the beautiful views. Throughout the entire day, he made sure we felt secure and had everything we needed.
This was more than just a tour—it was a truly special and memorable experience. If you’re visiting Honduras, I highly recommend asking for Forty. You won’t regret it!

Most of all, don’t be worried about booking outside of cruise line. Anderson and Antony at the Anderson Tours business run a smooth operation. Personal attention was incredible. Ricardo, horseback tour guide and operator went above and beyond with quickly getting us on the trail, sharing local details, and was a fabulous iPhone photographer! The time in the bay was fun, and photos next to the ROATAN sign was a great surprise.
Antony’s personal service made this an unforgettable excursion. We really appreciated his friendliness, sharing more information about the island, managing personal request for shopping stops, and really being flexible to our schedule, getting us back to the port with plenty of time to spare.

We had a great experience! I was very scared to be on a horse after a previous injury and the guides helped me the entire time. They made sure I was comfortable and all my family was taken care of. We enjoyed every aspect of the excursion!
One recommendation for those going into Roatan cruise port - know the name of the company you booked with BEFORE you step out of the gate.
Horse ride was great.
Beach was good - food expensive at the place they take you so plan accordingly or walk down the beach.
Chocolate and rum “tour” tasting was good and quick. Helped to see more of the island.
Our driver the entire time, Alan, was courteous and knowledgeable.

This day spent with Edgar from Anderson Tours which was horseback riding, visiting the monkey and other assorted animals, then the beach has been the highlight of our cruise in every way possible. This blows away anything offered via the cruise ships. I would highly recommend this trip and make sure you ask for Edgar to escort you for the day. He’s like your personal butler for the day. What a nice man.

No one showed up to pickup. We paid to the taxi driver about $60.00 to the other port which is mentioned on booking voucher. Moreover over I call so many times to the booking agent but no reply. Some how we able to contact them. They refused our booking and than after so much argument she agreed to send the driver. Driver came almost one and a half hour later. I hope you understand our frustration. I booked with vaitorso many times and have no issues. I request to please refund my US$60.00 which I paid to the other taxi for good for nothing. If you want I will send the receipt which I got from the taxi company.

Hi hope all is well and hope u did enjoy the rest of your cruise we apologize for the issue you had witch wasn't our fault and I explained that to you and you it wasn't our fault you was on MSC America witch dock in the coxen hole town center port we was there from 6:30am we pick up all our guest that followed the meeting instructions and l them was on time to their tour when u made your book you put in the wrong port that u took a taxi too witch we have nothing to do with on our meeting instructions was clear where to meet you didn't call me am a 150% sure of that when the taxi you took and check you voucher she call me i told her bring u back to meeting point she wanted another $60 i said no I sent my brother to pick u up 19 minutes later you was in his car I have photo of where I time it from when he left me to pick up up for this same reason after that you did all your tour and you except you was the one made the mistake by tooking the taxi and not coming to the meeting point as on the booking form and went where you had selected again am sorry for all that but hope someday we can make it up to you and am glad you dis enjoy your horseback and beach time tha KS again for choosing us for your excursion

Awesome! Our driver Allen super friendly and patience (especially with our group of women) lol showed us around the city, took us out to eat authentic island food and dropped us off at port. If all possible if you can ask for Allen to take you around. Now getting to horseback ride/beach. Those young men made some of the women feel comfortable in riding the horses, stayed with them for assurance and made our day an Awesome one! I strongly suggest using Routan Anderson Tours.

We booked a horseback riding, beach excursion through Roatan Anderson Tours. It was amazing and so much more than I expected. The tour owner greeted us after providing us with detailed port instructions and assigned us to a private driver, Anthony. Anthony is the best! He is a wonderful, personable, polite young man as well as a safe, expert driver. We first headed horseback riding and Anthony waited for us. He then took us to a chocolate factory, which I didn’t even know was part of this and then rum tasting. We then went to a private beautiful beach at Foster’s Resort and Anthony checked on us throughout the day. We had a wonderful waiter there named Chris. The personal attention we received went above and beyond our expectations and next time we are in Roatan. I will only be booking through Anderson and requesting Anthony!

Myron was absolutely charming and was a great guide. The snorkling at the reef at West Bay Beach far exceeded our expectations. We could not have found our spot without Myron’s guidance. We were swimming right along side people who had paid $$ to get to the same spot, and we just waded out! We would definitely be repeat customers.

Ref #867338378. Our ship did not arrive in Roatan until 10am…we were prompt in getting off the ship but took a while for the disembarkation and lengthy walk to the meeting place where we waited and waited for our Viator rep until there were absolutely no vendors or taxis left. As such we did not have an excursion for the day. It was disappointing and frustrating. Our instructions from you were to meet at 9:45 but the ship didn’t even arrive until 10. Would appreciate a refund of the amount we paid Viator when we booked 3/28/22. Thank you. Terri Katsouranis

It was raining very hard when we started out so we were taken to a chocolate factory, rum distillery and got to the beach when the rain stopped. So nice to take us to a large grocery store on the way back to the ship.

This excursion was well worth the money. My girlfriend and I were met right outside of the pier by our driver, Steven. He was with just us the whole day and would take us wherever we wanted to go. We made a quick stop at the chocolate factory before heading to Bananarama. Once we got there, Steven helped us find a boat to help take us out to snorkel. While we were snorkeling, Steven watched our stuff. We got some very yummy drinks at the bar and then went out to snorkel for a bit on our own. We then got hungry, so Steven took us to a local lunch spot that he recommended. When we were done, he was happy to take us back to our ship. So worth the money. It was so nice to not have to worry about transportation/getting back to the ship on time, and our guide was amazing. I would 1000% do this again.
