Great way to see the highlights of the island. Carlos was a great guide and very accommodating. He added in a stop at a restaurant so we could have lunch.

Excellent communication and responsiveness from this company compared to others. The most important thing to me was safety and confidence that we would be picked up and returned on time, and they did not disappoint. Also, I appreciated that our guide walked us into the attractions and made sure we were taken care of. In other tours, I have been dumped off and left to figure it out for myself, so this was a nice touch.
Constructively, we booked a private tour to make the most of our short time on the island and to see some sights off the beaten path. Not sure if it's because of the tour company or the guide, but we were only recommended tourist attractions. If I wanted to go the same place as everyone else, I would have done a group tour at half the cost.
For reliability, I would recommend this company, but strongly recommend doing some research and being very specific about where you want to go, see, and eat if you want something more than a cookie cutter tour.

We took a personal taxi tour in the island of Honduras, and it was amazing. I booked it through viator as it’s a reputable company and they did not disappoint. We felt safe and we were able to do everything that we wanted to do with a personalized touch.

Driver car smelled like 💩. He drove like a mad man and took high risked passing around curbs. I feel I wasted money when I could have gotten a taxi for alot cheaper. I spent $90 for me and my son just to go to the beach and pay more money and then to hold the sloths and monkeys which was more money. This vip tour was not vip. The driver was boring!

Our tour guide Allen made our visit to the island so amazing. I has my doubts about a private tour. As a customer service professional I always critique a person customer service skills . Allen was attentive, knowledgeable of the island and shared his love for his home. I would definitely recommend the tour as we visited the monkeys, parrot's and spent time exploring the culture of Honduras.

Unser Guide Trent war einfach wunderbar. Sehr ruhig, hat viel erklärt, keine Geschäftevermittlerei. Wünsche erfüllt wie zB Gewürze kaufen im örtlichen Supermarkt. Man sieht bei der Tour den Großteil der Insel. Von oben kann man das Insel-Riff besonders gut erkennen. Wir waren noch in einem kleinen Sanctuary, wo wir ein tolles Erlebnis mit Faultieren und Affen hatten.

En primer lugar quiero comentar que es importante reservar (si es que se va a llegar a Roatán a bordo de un crucero) teniendo en cuenta la cuestión horaria: hay diferencias entre el horario del barco y la hora local de Roatán (al menos eso es lo que nos pasó a nosotros que llegamos a bordo del Symphony of The Seas de Royal Caribbean).
Una vez comentado esto indicar que nuestra experiencia con Roatán Henry Tours fue muy, muy buena. En primer lugar ellos estaban esperando fuera del parking del puerto tal y como se indica en las instrucciones. Una vez que contactamos con Creg, él nos llevó a pie a un sitio tranquilo y a la sombra mientras que llegaba nuestro transporte. Allí nos presentó a Allan, nuestro guía para todo el tour.
Con Allan todo fue muy fácil, le comentamos nuestras necesidades sobre lo que queríamos hacer ya que el iba a tratar en todo momento de adaptarse a nuestras peticiones. Queríamos ver paisajes de la isla, conocer sus costumbres y cultura y saber algo más sobre Roatán y su población, su historia, su futuro...
Tuvimos todo eso y más, incluyendo un recorrido en barca por los manglares de cerca de una hora que nos permitió ver parajes fantásticos. Conocimos un par de playas poco transitadas por lo que se refiere a turistas y recorrimos prácticamente toda la isla (especialmente la parte Este de la misma) Estuvimos en la comunidad en la que vive Allan y pudimos conocer costumbres de la etnia garifuna. Nuestro guía nos ofreció la posibilidad de un encuentro con monos, loros y perezosos que finalmente decidimos no hacer, así como acudir a un restaurante local y probar la iguana (esta opción también la dejamos a un lado puesto que llegábamos a tiempo de comer en el barco). Nuestra última actividad fue disfrutar de un rato de playa en West Bay con su arena blanca y sus aguas cristalinas.
En resumen, fueron unas horas de tour muy bien aprovechadas gracias al buen hacer de Allan y de nuestro conductor que nos llevó con seguridad a todos los sitios en un vehículo preparado con aire acondicionado que hizo que la visita fuera fantástica.
Gracias también a Creg por su comprensión con la situación de diferencia horaria que sufrimos.
Sin duda es un tour muy recomendable para hacer en Roatán algo diferente a estar tumbado en una playa.
