Worst transfer to Paraty

This is not a direct transfer to Paraty as announced. It has multiple stops which made the journey to be almost 6 hours long! In addition, the journey began with a 1 hour delay. The journey was made in a bus, not in a van/ shuttle as pictured, and the safety conditions of the bus are almost non: there were bags stacked in the seats, as there wear no space for bags in the truck of the bus.

Definitely a better way to go than by bus. It’s a fairly long drive and the van with ac is better and faster.

Excellent transfer. I was sent a whats app message the day before to reconfirm my pick up, hotel and destination hotel. Really good communication, 2 stops along the way. A very smooth journey. I would 100% use this c company again.

Good value transfer. Took a lot longer than expected though owing to extensive roadworks. Driver carried cases to hotel reception door.
