Excellent transfer from airport to our hotel in the center of Rio do Janeiro. They waited for us with a name card as if it was a limo transfer. I have mobility issue and they had a stool to load into the bus- van. Comfortable and prompt ride that left us at the door of our hotel.

We arrived in RIO after an overnight flight from Houston, Texas, USA. Initially, we could not find our bus/driver. Eventually, he showed up in the Arrivals area with a sign with our Surname on it. It is perhaps understable that he was not visible on our arrival, as our flight was over 1.5 hours late. Bus was comfortable and journey good, letting us off with our luggage at the front door of the Windsor Leme hotel.

The transfer was not clear on where to meet them and none was waiting for me at the door like I was informed. Instead, I was harassed by multiple men at the gate asking if I needed a ride and one man even got really close to me and was yelling while following me throughout the airport. Furthermore, when I found the kiosk, the organizer had a bad attitude and looked annoyed. He took me to a car outside with another individual that did not look like he worked for this company. Nor did he help with my bags. During the drive, the driver did not speak English (even though it was advertised as English speaking) and was using his phone while driving to translate the conversation. This I believe distracted him and made it unsafe while driving in traffic. The driver tried to sell me on additional tours and was very aggressive. I would have been better off getting an Uber myself and avoiding all the hassle.

Well looked after at the airport and good transport to my hotel.

Yes, there was a person with a sign with our name on it. However, we had to wait for other people on the shared ride and we waited nearly an hour before we left the airport. After a long flight you don’t want to wait so long for your ride. The price was fair. But the wait was just too long.

la experiencia fue pesima, cuando desembarque: 1. no habia nadie esperando 2. cuando averiguo era de la empresa in buzios, busco a un tal Joel. NO tenia cartel con mi nombre 3. Me dijo que espere que ya estaba, espera 1 hora y decidí tomarme un taxi. Adjunto comprobante de pago y sugiero que me abonen esos 120 reales.

Notre premier vol était en retard et j’ai avisé ViTOR via le site Web. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Arrivé, vers 17:30 au lieu de 13:30, le responsable du transfert qui était à l’aéroport nous a dit que malheureusement nous avons perdu notre transfert. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi. Toute la semaine nous avons d’autres activités avec VIATOR, en espérant qu vous soyez plus professionnels.
