One of my favourite experiences in Rio so far - not for the faint hearted, but as long as you have a reasonable level of fitness it's an exciting journey to the top. I loved all the fantastic views and having my first proper experience of climbing - it's made me want to do more in the future. Thanks also to Flavio/Sergio for letting me rearrange at short notice and join a group on another day.

my guide Sergio Ricardo was amazing…professional, safety was first, and knowledgeable. we climbed the south east side of sugarloaf mountain. it was not easy, definitely not for beginners or people afraid of heights. i had a great time
