      Carina was our teacher and she was wonderful. We learned about different local foods, made caipi's the way it should be done! And learned about how to prepare octopus, which i was especially interested in. All in all it was a really wonderful time.

      We were messed around. They took payment confirmed and then last minute told us there was no chef for Friday but the could accommodate on Saturday. Friday came so I checked with them. After many messages and calls they did not have a chef for Saturday! We missed another excursion because of them not being honest early. They also confirmed we were the only two. I think the price is too high.

      Hi Katie, we're so sorry we couldn't make your class happen. Like I told you, all our chefs were unavailable Friday, and weather-forecast was also predicting rain, and Saturday was a national holiday so that beach where we do the seafood barbecue class would be over packed, making the experience sub-par due to looky-loos. You said you understood. We sent you a refund immediately on Friday and our apologies. We also offered our other Food Tours so that you can have something fun to do on either Friday or Saturday, while granting you a discount. I would like to apologize again for shaking up your travel plans. We hate it when this happens as our goal is to enchant all our customers with excellent food experiences. We hope you can consider our other Food Tours and then your future! Cheers! Cristiano
