Erica was a great host showing us how to cook traditional Brazilian foods. Was very delicious and the unlimited caipirinhas was a big plus. Erica was super nice friendly as well as her colleague who was there helping. When eating our meal she gave us great recommendations as well. Would love to do again!

    Response from Host, Feb 2026

Love that the family vibe and the unlimited caipirinhas added to the evening — Erica and her team aim to teach with warmth and a lot of flavour. Thanks for the recommendation, we’d be delighted to host you again. 🍹 Cheers, Maira from Cook in Fiesta

This was an amazing experience. We participated in making a drink, an appetizer, cheese bread, an entree with two sides, a salad, and a dessert. Erica was spectacular and shared lots of culinary history with us. This was one of my favorite excursions in Rio.

    Response from Host, Nov 2025

Thrilled this was a top excursion for you, Erica’s teaching mixes history and hands-on skills so each bite feels meaningful. Thanks for the lovely shout-out. 🍛 Cheers, Maira from Cook in Fiesta
