this activity is for people over 18 years of age
in case customers decide not to fly once they are at the ramp, we reserve the right to retain the payment

we do not cancel the flights based on customers own assumption that the weather or wind represents a risk
activity happens in cloudy days as long as clouds are above the flyable zone
not recommended to people who are scared of heights
weight limite is 90 kilos per passenger. Sometimes we have to lower this limit to 80 kilos depending on the wind condition. In this case Paragliding will be offered to the client as second option, or we can reschedule the client or even offer a refund
Clients must be able to run off the ramp with the pilot for about a few seconds
Clients have to wait at least for 1 hour at the ramp before they can request cancelation. Delays can happen due to the number of people waiting at the line up, or the window of time between take offs
Summer Time, New Years and Carnival are very busy seasons so delays can happen, which can make the waiting at the line up longer than 1 hour. Avoid booking for these times.

It wasn’t the most pleasant experience. The guide was RUDE!!! She made my friend totally uncomfortable, after making us wait in ver an hour only to come tell her that she was “too big” to hang glide. We asked her over and over what the weight requirements were and she only stated “I know you are too big”… and honestly she’s not big at all! In the end someone else advised my friend that it was due to the wind that the company was giving guests the “option” to paraglide. That was never given to us and others that were a lot bigger were able to do it! Communication was terrible! And in the end they hassle you to pay for videos and picture that are usually free. Overall the paragliding experience was better! She was able to have her phone and meta sunglasses on. I on the other hand was not and it forced me to spend an unnecessary amount on footage.

On days with specific wind speeds, the maximum weight limit must be lowered for safety. This is an international aviation protocol, not a personal judgment. The Paragliding Alternative: When a guest safely exceeds the hang gliding limit for the day's weather, our mandatory protocol is to offer paragliding as an alternative, as it has a much higher weight capacity. We are proud that our team successfully pivoted to ensure your friend didn't miss out on flying, and we apologize if the explanation of these technical safety limits felt poorly communicated. Media Packages: To ensure complete transparency for future guests, standard photos and videos are 100% free and included in your booking. However, passengers are not permitted to hold loose personal phones or smart glasses during a hang gliding flight due to the severe safety hazard of dropping them from the sky. Because of this, we offer an optional, premium 360-degree video upgrade taken on our certified equipment. Purchasing this advanced footage is entirely optional, and the standard media remained free. Great experience, but

The pilot and experience was great. If you are over 75kg you are signing up for paragliding not hang gliding. There is a safety official at the top that double checks the harnesses before you take off which made me feel even more comfortable. My only complaint is that when I bought the video all of a sudden the price switched from Reals to USD. We are in Brazil, why give me the price in USD? Only reason I can think of is because $220 reals for the video sounds reasonable but $220 USD or 1.150 reals is crazy. I would not have bought the video if I knew the price was $220 USD which I only found out when I checked my bank statement.
