We were disappointed that this tour was very short and barely spent any time in the Favela. We simply drove through briefly, walked around for only a few minutes, and didn’t see much. We didn’t do multiple things on the itinerary such as the cultural exchange. And, although we booked the tour in English, there was not an English-speaking guide. I think these issues were due to a mixup with the tour guide, so I understand that the driver did his best to show us around and was very nice. Still, I don’t recommend this tour

Pour débuter Il n’y avait aucun guide Seulement le conducteur Seulement en portugais NO offense contre le dit conducteur Aucune explication On nous a déposés à 3 endroits pour des photos et NADA Sommes retournés à l’hôtel et on s’est fait dire: c’est terminé Vraiment mais vraiment décevant Jamais je ne recommanderai ce tour à qui que ce soit Ce n’est pas une question d’argent mais de principe Tant qu’à offrir un tour de cette moindre qualité On devrait l’annuler c’est tout On nous a dit que le guide était malade, qu’à cela ne tienne, si c’est vrai, tu annules au lieu de me donner n’importe quoi Le tour devait durer 3 heures et on a fait 2 heures GROS max Merci

We appreciate your feedback and will respond to each point. We did have an unforeseen problem with our main guide, but his replacement spoke both English and Spanish. The product description does not state that our guides speak French. The tour lasts 3 hours, with the transfer time, you were taken to all the tourist attractions in the favela. I don't know what you expected from this tour, but it followed everything in the product description. I hope you clarified all doubts. Sincerely
