Driver was a “no show”.

Driver was not there. I spent 1/2 hour looking for the driver. I searched through all of the signs looking for my name on a sign. I made4 trips down the line of greeters. I tried to contact the local tour company, but got no response. I utimately took a taxi. I contacted Viator once I arrived at the hotel. The local tour operator told me the driver was at the airport. If he was there, he didn’t have a sign. I know my name, and wasn’t on any sign.

Despite being late arriving our driver was still waiting for us, whilst this was slightly more expensive than an Uber it was great to know someone was waiting for us after a 12hour flight without having to figure things out when we landed.
