The boarding is made in hotels in the South Zone (Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme, Botafogo Praia Shopping, Flamengo, Catete, Glória) and in some hotels in downtown (Centro do Rio de Janeiro). In addition to meeting points in the South Zone and downtown. Boarding starts at 07:50am and each hotel has its own specific time. - The pick up time is mentioned via chat right after the reservation is confirmed. - We kindly ask that you wait at reception or on the sidewalk of the hotel at the designated time. We do not have boarding at Barra and Recreio, in this case we have a pickup point at the Hilton Copacabana Hotel.

Long day - lots to see

Long day but worth it. Our guide had lots of information to share. We were a group of 20. The only downside was that sitting in the very back of the bus we couldn’t really see any of the scenery and had a hard time hearing the guide.

It is a shame that I have to give them one star at all. Be warned this is advertised as a city tour with several stops. Once in the bus you will notice 19 seats for customers. 7 of them you can’t see out the window. The last two rows are above the windows and the other seats. You have to try and bend over and really contort your body to see out of the bus. You have no control over what seats you pick because it is based on when they pick people up. If you are closer to the excursion, you will be picked up last and have no choice where to sit. I reached out to the company after the tour and two days later they still refuse to answer my email. I had to get Viator involved and they gave me a refund based on the bus not being as advertised. I wouldn’t have purchased tickets if I had known 7 out of 19 seats can’t see out of the bus. Plus you have no guarantee to even sit with your party. Tour guide was very rude and didn’t offer much knowledge about the tour. The only thing he said about the Christ the Redeemer was that the head and hands were from France. Never said why it was there, how big it was or anything like that. Every stop we had another person on the tour was late and he couldn’t do anything about it. The last stop one couple was 30 min late. He even told them over the phone we had to leave, and he still waited. He refused to tell me where the bus was so we could leave. This company should be forced to use a better bus or advertise that not every seat will have a comfortable view out. If the company answers this review and says any part is untrue, I have proof they are full of it.

Boa noite! Lamentamos por estar insatisfeito. Acreditamos que tenha lido o pacote na qual comprou, pois e bem claro que estaria comprando um tour regular, acompanhado por outros clientes. Não tem poltronas marcadas, os clientes se acomodam de acordo com o seu ponto de embarque. A reclamação veio após do término do passeio, solicitando a devolução do valor, porém os mesmos consumiram, usaram, os ingressos do Pão de Açúcar, Cristo Redentor. , almoço, transporte e serviço do Guia. Todo isso tem um custo, mesmo sendo um tour econômico para o cliente. A despesa e alta para a empresa, lamentável solicitar o reembolso do pacote na qual foi consumido.
