That was the worst...

That was the worst experience. They never showed up to pick us up. I waited more than 40 minutes in the hotel's lobby and they never even sent me a text o called me to let me know what was going on. They ruined our day because that activity was part of our journey. And still I havent received my refund. I had to called the customer service twice. I need to get my refund. ASAP

You should look qt your account again please. First thing we did was to send you a refund when we found out there was a tour. Viator never sent us a tour confirmation. You need to understand that we use their platform to advertise our tours. When you book a tour we are supposed to receive a confirmation from them, which we never did. Two days after the tour date we received an email from Viator saying you requested a refund as we never showed up. Thats how we found out about the tour. We sent you q message today explaining that and sent the refund right away. Viator will process your refund, not us. We never received one dollar from your end. Clients dont understand how the platform works. I bet it you had done and liked the tour, you would not go straight to reviews to give us a five star but to give a one star, oh one star people rush to give. I am sorry you wasted your time but again we NEVER got a confirmation from Viator. They should be the ones getting a one star not us. Anyways that is the whole truth about this.
