Overview

The low-hanging rocky outcrop of Pedra do Telégrafo provides one of Rio de Janeiro’s top photo opportunities. This small-group guided tour takes you on a hike from Guaratiba on the west side of Rio, to the famed photo spot. Enjoy this experience every step of the way. If you are not in shape, this may be a bit much but once you make it to the top, you will forget about your thoughts of quitting……. The view is priceless.

Peirre was our tour guide and he was great. He was on time and during the hike, he gave us so much information on how certain plants were medicinal and he shared how his family used them. He walks a very good pace. Not too fast and not too slow. He will not leave you behind. He made our slower hikers feel more secure.
