A great tour of the highlights! I originally planned to do the full day tour with lunch and decided to change to a half day tour. I'm so glad I confirmed this half-day option. This tour included the usual highlights: Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain via cable cars, and Selaron Steps. I wish we had about 10 more minutes at the steps but it was due to a group of selfish tourists ahead of me in line for the section of the steps with the name who decided to do a full photoshoot of about 5 poses per person with different combinations of the 6 people in their group and ignored the pleas of others in the line. It didn't seem like the other tourists in my group wanted the extra time for shopping provided during the Sugarloaf Mountain part of the tour. Perhaps, the guides can ask for general preferences at the beginning of the tour and modify times accordingly. Lucia(Lucy) was a wonderfully kind and patient tour guide and the driver, Marco Antonio, was great, as well. Lucy provided extensive historical information and graciously answered questions from the group all while alternating effortlessly from English to Spanish to Portuguese while maintaining a smile. Book this tour! See the highlights and still have your afternoon free to explore. Tips: 1. Prepare accordingly if you have motion sickness as ascending and descending the mountains can be rough and winding, 2. Get in line for the steps first if you want the part with the name. Then, take pictures in other sections if you have time, 3. See if the location of your country or state's tile is listed online so you know where it is and can take a picture quickly and not waste time looking for it, 4. Don't worry about all the people in your pictures as you can easily remove them with AI like I did😉

Everton and Alex were wonderful hosts. I was the only one in the “group” but they were perfectly accommodating and drove me to Sugar Loaf & Cristo Redentor, taking care of all the tickets and minimizing wait time. Even so we didn’t make it to the Selarón steps, which was my only disappointment with an otherwise marvelous & personal introduction to Rio.

We loved this tour! Just the right amount of time at each stop for us. We stopped at the Metropolitan Cathedral, Selarón Steps, Redeemer and SugarLoaf (no lunch). Our guide Gabi spoke very good English and gave us just enough information about the areas we were driving through and the attractions. She kept everything moving and was very professional. Arturo was our driver and the van was clean and air conditioned. From pick up to drop off was 6 hours….Highly recommend!

Patricia was our tour guide and she did a really nice job with us today. She was very patient as the tour was very long and took up the entire day because of all the crowds and because of the new year. She was able to be patient with us and very helpful and we even went to dinner. We had a lovely birthday dinner! Patricia is a very wonderful tour guide, and I enjoyed spending the day with her.

My husband and I loved this tour. We stayed on Copacabana beach and were picked up at our hotel. We went to Christ the Redeemer first. It was crowded. Next we saw a chapel and the Selaron steps. Again, the steps were crowded. Last we went to Sugar Loaf. It was great having transportation and ticketing coordinated. In several hours we saw some amazing attractions. We skipped the lunch because we are vegetarians. Our tour guide spoke English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I definitely recommend this tour.

Very nice trip and really friendly and vice tour guide.
As we started 13 and return 18:15 we would recommend for a pitstop on the way for street food? Too long until sugerloaf at 17 to eat and spent all time eating instead of enjoying the view

Great first day in Rio! We saw all the major spots in Rio in just half a day! This helped us get acquainted with the city when we first arrived. Our tour guide was so great and very informative. He spoke serval languages to accommodate the group. You can see these sites on your own but the information our guide provided us made it worth it! We were treated like first class ! Highly reccomend this tour especially if you want a nice relaxing experience have someone show you around their city!

Beautiful tour with a little bit of everything. Was very nice, Melanie and Marco were great! Would not recommend for anyone that cannot walk much. My mother is 73 and she had a hard time. We thought we wouldn’t get to see the Christ the Redeemer because of the fog but we were able to get a few great pictures! Would definitely recommend this tour!

It was fairly good. Friendly people. However because of Carnaval, no one told me until half way through the tour that the selaron steps were not going to happen. I got kind of upset because I paid for something that didnt not happen. So, I never got to the steps during my trip. The tour guide was fairly nice, however he smoked around the group, and the most of us did not appreciate that. Otherwise I had a good time at Christ the redeemer and sugarloaf mountain.
