The instructor Reed was very energetic and made the workshop super fun. I only have one hand but he made sure I was okay and didn’t hesitate to help without making me feel uncomfortable or like I was annoying him. Highly recommend plus there delicious

Josh and Reed were amazing. The class had a very small group of 5 when we were there. It was very personal with many laughs. 20 out of 10 stars.

Overview

It’s only natural to want to try traditional Czech chimney cakes on a visit to Prague, but learning to make them for yourself is an even more memorable experience. In this small-group workshop, knead, shape, and bake your dough as you learn how to craft authentic trdelnik chimney cakes, finishing them with a variety of toppings, from cinnamon sugar to walnuts.

    Really fun experience , staff had to cope with a noisy Italian stag do and loud Americans but did an amazing job maintaining professionalism and teaching us to make the cakes. The staff are friendly and chatty particulary the American staff member who took lots of opportunities to talk to us. Throughly worth it and they should be really proud of what they running

    It was a fun experience! Lucy was knowledgable and led us step by step at a nice pace to creating our chimney cakes. Sweet gal!

    Lucy made the class easy to follow and was great at checking on everyone's cakes throughout the decorating process to make sure we were all on track. She also shared the history behind the cake, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to offer a gluten-free option. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fully participate because of my dietary restriction. That said, I didn't expect them to have a gluten-free alternative, so it wasn't a disappointment—just something that would make an already great experience even better. The class lasts about an hour, making it a fun way to fill some time during your visit. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a unique, hands-on activity.

    Great fun for everyone. Our kids ages 9,11, and 16 loved this activity and would recommend it for everyone wanting to take a break from all the serious activities in town. You won’t regret it.

    Definitely recommend taking this workshop, it was very fun and not too expensive. Reed did an amazing job teaching us how to make the chimney cakes and he was very knowledgeable about the process. Lots of fun for a quick stop!
