This branch of the legendary chain is set inside the handsome V. J. Rott building, a Neo-Renaissance townhouse with a façade graced by delicate 19th-century frescoes.
A favorite with locals and visitors, queues for the restaurant can be long. So don’t spend precious time waiting in line—your skip-the-line ticket gives you priority access to a table.
Once inside, view the displays of rock ‘n’ roll artifacts—the trademark of the Hard Rock Café brand.

We made a reservation and paid for the Diamond Menu, and received the Gold Menu on that day. The staff said they could not confirm the Diamond Menu we had reserved, and asked us to pay for the additional portion.

Restaurant was lovely but I’m sorry we booked the diamond menu, too little choice! We weren’t even allowed to swop the dessert ( which was chocolate cake ONLY! Neither my husband or I eat chocolate cake☹️

First rate (perhaps the best I’ve ever experienced) service - I wii it sh id got the chaps name to send an email to HRC!!
Only reason not 5 stars is you don’t get the normal menu - it’s a much reduced menu (2 starters, 6 or 7 mains, 1 dessert) - not a massive issue, but it would’ve been nice to know about it beforehand (oh and this menu isn’t available online)

awful from start to finish. showed my bar code at the front desk and the man there went what what is that, DO YOU HAVE A RESERVATION. anyway we were shown to our table then waited 30 mins or so for someone to come and take our order for drinks,then waited ages for someone to take our order.we ordered 2 x onion rings for starters we got 1 x onion rings and a salad, then when my burger arrived it was still pink in the middle. we left our meals and did,nt stay for dessert. i felt this was a waste of our money, it would have been cheaper and tastier to go to mcdonalds. feel cheated out of good money

No queuing on entry , set meal option is limited to 2 starters and one pudding , soft drink is not unlimited , you only get one.

Because Prague is a city break I presume that it’s busy all year round that’s why I booked the skip the line meal deal but it wasn’t necessary as there was no queue but the staff were so friendly and the meal beautiful drinks were average price so all in all it was a good experience and even paying for the skip the line was actually a good price

yes enjoyed this, was good food we had chicken burger chips and a drink a fudge cake for dessert the gold menu. The only negative is the hard rock cafe itself, it just needs an update and the stairwell needs to be looked after better, staff lovely and friendly. Thers is only 1 female toliet and this is upstairs

The reception desk in the the middle of the restaurant, which makes it very strange. Most host desks are at door. Found food VERY salty. My meal had 2200 calories - more than a one day's recommended caloric allowance!! The wait staff and host people very friendly and willing to help. If you are in dire need of American food, go, otherwise recommend trying Czech food instead - Czech's have great food and there are many restaurants within steps of HRC.

Service was 'erratic', i.e. mains brought out before starter finished, long wait for dessert and diet coke not available on refill machine broken.
Was worth it to have a meal booked for Christmas Day though as the city was so busy.
Irish Bar just around the corner a better option!

The service at The Hard Rock Cafe was very disappointing we had booked this for our friends 50th birthday
The food was pretty much thrown on the table at us the waiter seemed to give the impression we were an inconvenience to him because we had a voucher and wasn't paying on the day utter rubbish

Disaster, had to wait 25 minutes despite having skip the line, no starter, yet other tables given a starter. Main meal was revolting, ordered burger well done, was given a burger that was nearly raw and freezing cold. Waste of time and money, never again.

There was no line at the Hard Rock...granted we visited Prague during the off-season. We were seated right away. We selected the Diamond menu which was really too much food. We requested to take our dessert back to the hotel with us.

An address and where the restaurant is located would have been appreciated. The restaurant is in Old Town, should be easy to find, but the Hard Rock website only gave a street address. They do give you a lot of food, but restaurants are fairly inexpensive in Prague and unless you crave burgers and fries, local restaurants may be more appealing.
