I’m disappointed with the results of the photos. The original images are quite dark, and the post-processing appears grainy. Unfortunately, this makes it difficult for me to use any of the photos.

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback.
We’d like to clarify this for future guests. The package you selected includes unedited original images, which are delivered as captured and are not intended to be fully retouched or “picture-perfect” out of the box. This is clearly outlined in the product description at the time of booking.
That said, once you raised your concerns, we offered to professionally edit a selection of images free of charge to ensure you had photos you were happy to use. Unfortunately, this offer was not taken up before the review was left.
We always aim to be flexible and solution-focused when guests reach out, and we’re sorry the final outcome didn’t meet your expectations. We encourage future guests to contact us directly so we can help resolve any concerns promptly.
