Please provide your exact pick-up address and a valid mobile contact number at the time of the booking. For pick-up at the Airport your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals area, right after you exit customs and collect your luggage, holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name. If, for any reason, you are unable to locate your driver, please contact the phone number provided to you 24 hours before your trip, which is the driver’s direct contact, so you can reach them immediately.
