The journey was fine, a good size vehicle turned up and we got where we needed to go. Only slight annoyance was the driver was booked for 06:00 and arrived at 06:10. Driver did not show. They recommend three hours in advance, which is really a lot of time to go through the airport and is unnecessary for interisland transfers. So I went with them and confirmed for 3:00 am pickup. Driver did not show and called at 3:30 pm after we had already taken an uber since they were a no show. Must have been a miscommunication, but it was stressful at that time in the morning. They did offer a prompt refund due to the error, so that was commendable. I would maybe try this again, but wanted people to know of our experience and to verify with the operator the day before the pickup.

Our driver came earlier than the appointed time and we appreciated that fact since we like to be early to the airport especially when departing for a flight. The van was comfortable, clean and more than enough room for the luggage for the four of us. We were fortunate that we had an early flight so there was minimal traffic to the airport. We would definitely recommend using this company .
