the guide didn’t have the decency to show up. We were left stranded at the meeting spot. When we called to find out what to do, she couldn’t care lless. She was rude to us. Never take this tour. And they still took our money.

Roza was an exceptional tour guide !!!
She is full of knowledge and passion and has a gift for sharing this important Jewish history that never shall be forgotten.
She touched my heart with the places she took me to and stories she taught. I would never have found these places on my own and she introduced me to people, that were able to complement her tour, with knowledge and places that again, I would not have been able to experience.
I was so moved at times with these visits to historical places, the synagogue and the Jewish museum that I was brought to tears. Not only am I so very thankful to Roza , I am also so very grateful to Erez.
When Roza heard I was leaving Porto right after my tour and had not yet been to Livraria Lello (Harry Potter Bookstore) she generously insisted that she take me there and gifted me that magical experience even though it had nothing to do with the tour I signed up for.
If you can get a tour with Roza …..do it!!! She will give you a moving educational experience you will never forget ❤️.

If we could give Rosa 10 stars we would. She is a true professional, historian, excellent guide, and really enhanced our experience of Porto. My wife and I learned a lot, which is exactly what we wanted. Rosa took us to the places we needed to see and experience, unique places that other guides would likely have passed for ease. Unfortunately the synagogue was closed due to Hamas attacks in Israel and the Israeli Embassy directing temporary closure, however Rosa arranged for an important person from the synagogue to meet us at the end of the tour at our hotel so he could explain additional history. It was a tour we will never forget.

Rosa was fabulous as a guide on this tour. She was knowledgeable about the history of the Jews in Porto and took us to all three of the areas where they once lived. It was easy to see the history as she talked us through the experience. I highly recommend this tour.

Rox was an excellent and very lovely guide who came to our rescue when another tour operator let us down. She took us to the synagogue and Jewish museum and to the medieval Jewish area explaining the history of the Inquisition.

Rosa is a super guide. The tour was wonderful, she showed me all the significant places in Porto which tell something about the Jewish people who lived here and emigrated or had to convert. It was a special day for me and also on Purim! She was telling everything in great detail in a pleasant way. From the first places where Jewish people lived up to what happens nowadays in the new community they formed. Not to be missed!

The visit to the 1920's synagogue was very special - but then the whole tour was wonderful. Roza is very knowledgeable about the history of Jews in Portugal, and we enjoyed getting to know her a little bit. I highly recommend this tour!

The tour and our guide, Roza Jedrzejko, were amazing. It was the highlight of my trip to Portugal. Roza was extremely knowledgeable and very flexible in making everything work. She went above and beyond both in terms of transportation, scheduling and the tour itself. It include not only a tour of the synagogue but also a fascinating visit of the area where the Jews had lived. I would highly recommend both Roza and this tour.
