Slow response to texts for confirming raise the next morning. Driver did not let us know he had arrived or help us out with luggage. Car was not clean. Definitely not worth the price, would have been better off with Uber

Decent ride to the airport.

The car to the airport was good. He did a good job getting us into the terminal despite all the traffic New Year’s morning which was significant. I would have appreciated a little more communication confirming our pick up as the reservation was made at the start of our trip and it was a bit unsettling not knowing if we would be picked up other than having the confirmation code. All in all it was fine.

This was a transfer from CDG airport to out hotel in Paris. Our flight plans changed less than 24 hours from departure, both time and airline. I communicated this and supplied the new flight information. Once onboard, our flight was delayed again. When we arrived we waited almost 2 hours for our luggage. The driver texted several times for updates. Upon leaving the baggage area our Viator driver was waiting, our name on the sign and a cold bottle of water in the vehicle! Impressive.
