nice car and driver even we need to share the car with other clients and pick us up at 3:30 pm, it is still ok with us and arrive the airport before 4pm. the driver also played the great and cool music during the transportation. it is impressive for our end of the tour.

This company has got to be a scam! I booked online, paid and they never showed up. They tell you that they did show up but strangely to the wrong address. They did this twice!

I am sorry to hear about this – however I would suggest that if you did book through Airport Van then you contact our customer service department who will be happy to look into this for you . They would require you to provide the unique booking reference number . Guest feedback both positive & negative is always welcome . We have noticed that clients have actually booked through other companies with similar sounding names in the past so please double check your booking information and transport supplier

Waited and then Way too early

Two experiences: 1. Had a shuttle booked from the airport. Had the time our flight landed and everything. We called and said they were ready and only then did they send a car. We waited for 30 minutes before it showed up... 2. We booked the shuttle for 815am to go back to the airport and it showed up at 630am and we weren't ready to get on. Left us and we got no refund. Had to get a taxi after that. Time you book is not the time they will show up.

Horrible service

We used the service when we arrive in Paris and was left stranded halfway to our Hotel and had to get a taxi at our expense to get to our hotel. I then tried to cancel and was told that they could not do it. I would have contact Viator. I tried to contact Viator but had no number to cancel. The driver from Paris Tranfer did call about 9 PM the night before. He wanted to pick us up at 5:45 AM, but because I did not hear from him until so late I made other arrangement with a taxi through the hotel and it was only 60 euros for both of us. The driver picked us up at 7 AM and was at the airport at 7:30 AM. Because the terrible experience we had the first time and the second time I would never use their service. I would like my money back.

i recommended to have a fixed meeting time or any pre-call for customer because when i get the call, the driver is waiting at the hotel lobby (more than 4 hrs before my flight) which this is absolutely unreasonable, i only to do to pack everything in mess and get down to the lobby within 10 mins which I won't let the driver to wait so long, i can't imagine if this happening to a family with children.

Though the actual pick up and travel time to Charles de Gaulle airport was okay, the driver paid no attention to his travellers and at times was not concentrating on driving as he spent the whole trip on his mobile.

The Paris Shuttle arrived at our hotel about 10 minutes early but that was great as we were ready to be picked up for the transfer to the airport. Our driver was friendly, very helpful with loading our luggage and good at navigating to the next pickup stop. We arrived at the airport within plenty of time. Overall excellent service and we would definitely use the Paris Shuttle when we return to Paris.

I have used this shuttle in both directions nearly one hundred times, and I have never been disappointed. It is economical, reliable and efficient, and the drivers are consistently lovely people. While it's true you're going to need to get to the airport earlier than you may choose as other passengers need to be accommodated - And you may have to wait longer than you would if you opted for something more expensive going in the other direction as well - I personally feel it is well worth a bit of inconvenience (if you even want to call it that). I will continue to use this service whenever I come or go from CDG, as I have in the past, and clearly I heartily recommend it.

I waited for over 20 minutes after given pickup time. I tried calling the given contact number several times but the line said the office wouldn't open for another two hours or so. At least Viator paid me back my money but it still gave me a lot of worry and discomfort about missing my flight.

While driving, the van driver decides to startup his tablet, place it on the dashboard, and play foreign music out loud, all while trying to drive. It was annoying, but more concerning that he was being distracted while driving.

Despite being early at the lobby and outside of the Pullman hotel waiting for our ride. The driver did not come. Had the concierge call them and their operator said to the concierge that we need to take our ride to the airport in our own expense. Also saying that our booking and payment cannot be refunded. It took 2.5 hours to reach the airport (instead of the 1.5hours advertised as a maximum). The driver was talking on his phone the whole time. He never informed us or any of the other passengers that seatbelt use is obligatory by law including those seated in the back seat. The shuttle van got pulled over by the police since the driver didn’t have certain papers displayed on the windshield as required by law. This led to the police ticketing 3 passengers for not fastening their seatbelts (90 euros each)! Overall, it would have been both cheaper and faster to take a taxi or uber to the airport.

You tell them your flight time and the give you a pickup time 4 hours before, which you well need at the airport, trust me. Make sure you understand their fine print. They give you a pickup time but it is inside a 20 minute window. Once they are there they will notify you and then wait 5 minutes. So make sure you are ready. The ride was great, the driver very curious, and we go to the airport with enough time not to feel rushed or anxious.

Dishonest thieves and terrible customer service!

I would give zero stars! Departure transfer and during ride I dropped my ipad under the seat. The shuttle was packed and I could not reach ipad without getting out and going under seat. All of us were dropped at same terminal. I went to go around to side door to get ipad and airport security were flagging for van to move. Driver was standing with my bags- in the moment I was flustered and I wanted to be sure to tip him bc he was nice during ride. Once I walked into airport, it hit me I did not get my ipad from under seat. I turned but he was already gone. I called paris shuttle immediately to ask them to have the driver come back or stop and I could meet him. They told me he confirmed there was no ipad. i said he has to stop and get out and look under the seat. They said he did. I said impossible bc he just left and would be on the highway- he must look. They said he did and it was not there. They told me they would email manager to contact me and have the driver and manager check van fully. No one contacted me. I filed a police report because I got a signal on the ipad from tracking in the 18th and then again near the 20th. I called them and told them. They said they confirmed he did not have it. I asked for a supervisor- they gave me dispatch supervisor (Zaeda) who was positively rude and downright obnoxious. I would like to see how she would feel if she were in my position. She told me its complicated bc it was my fault I left my belongings. I told her i went from my house to the van and then to the airport. It only fell bc the van was so overpacked that my neighbor accidently knocked my bag and it fell. She said he confirmed it was not there and that she emailed manager as well. never heard from manager- never got my ipad back and at this point I assume he or someone at the company stole it. Shame on them around Christmas especially- it has absolutely disgusted me that someone from a company I have used for my expat clients for years would steal like this and then be so disrespectful and rude. As a very active conference director living in Paris, I promise you, I aggressively advocate and promote alternative transportation and fully demote the dishonesty poor service of paris shuttles. You should be absolutely ashamed!

Used this shared transfer both on arrival and departure from Paris. Both times the company&driver were reachable by phone and the waiting time was only 10 minutes. This is the best price you can find for transfer in Paris. Would like to highlight, that we were travelling when France was on strike and public transport was not working, which provoked traffic all over the city - but the drivers always managed to get us to the destination on time! Thank you very much! Will use it next time as well.
