It was a relaxing tour. If you want a break then do it. After having another tour before this, this was not needed.

Very crowded and impossible to get a seat on the upper deck. No bar. You can still take a couple good pictures but that’s about it.

It was a very strong thunderstorm hit Paris 6/25 as arrived to the boat cruise so for safety purposes I didn’t get on and Viator wouldn’t refund me although the same thunderstorm caused alot of damage in Paris that night. On the tour company page it’s says the tour require good weather & if it’s poor weather you will be fully refunded but they didn’t value their on words.

I booked this experience through Viator and when arriving at the location to take the tour, I learned that the company does not allow this service to be booked anywhere except through the company’s website. When contacting Viator, I learned that refunds are not allowed. I had to purchase tickets from the tour company’s ticket office. This means that the Viator booking is a scam designed to take money with no real ticketing available.

1.) The audio directions were not that clear. 2.) You can’t see most of the sites/buildings unless you sit in the right area. So I don’t think the value was great for what we got to see based on where we sat.
3.) It was confusing where we were supposed to go to do this river cruise. It was not spelled out. Others in line felt the same.
