Terrible experience. We only had one day we could go to the Louvre. We showed up early for our tour. We never found the tour guide. We waited an HOUR looking for a tour guide from Viator / Bonbon Tours. I contacted support & they could not get me in contact with the guide either. The Louvre will NOT let you in without an official ticket with their QR code on it & apparently we could only get that with our guide (the tour I bought said entry ticket was included). I have yet to receive a refund so not only did we lose our money, but also a very valuable experience. This was our first time in Paris & the only day we could go to the Louvre & their ticket office was closed this day. We are beyond upset to have lost this opportunity. I will NEVER book with Viator again!!!

Bad Experience ~ No Guide Showed Up. We did not get to see the Louvre.

We are waiting for someone to get back with us. We spent taxi fare to get to Louvre only to not have the guide show up. We stood in the cold and were not able to get in. It was the first thing on our list to do today when we flew in this morning.

I have been a Viator customer for many years and am extremely upset, disappointed, & angry with regard to this misrepresented, poorly organized service by the operator Bon Bon tours. It is insulting to Viator customers that such a misleading service as this offered by Bon Bon Tours be presented on its site as such in No Way can be viewed as a " tour"because it was absolutely not; & to charge this absurdly inflated fee is egregious. This was part of a birthday gift for my 85 year old parents (mom in a wheelchair), along with my family of 4...we were met by the Bon Bon "guide" representative whom, while nice enough, was so soft spoken that it was extremely difficult to hear him as he provided a very basic simple, generic overview of the Louvre itself & a few of its most popular art pieces before ushering us inside & showing us where the handicap elevator was located. This hardly suffices for the additional cost of $230.72 , above & beyong the of price of the 6 Louvre entrance tickets ($22 per person). I contacted the Viator representative immediately following this experience with my grievance, & stated that I am only requesting to be reimbursed for the service represented that I did not receive, namely the difference between the cost of the 6 tickets & the service that Bon Bon tours failed to provide. Therefore, I expect to be reimbursed for amount of $230.72 immediately.
