    Awful experience

    Very bad experience. The tickets arrived late and were fake, (QR is a different person, they just modify the ticket PDF) so my family and I were not allowed to enter the museum. This completely ruined our day. I strongly recommend not buying from this provider. Be careful, as this felt like a scam based on what happened to us.

    Beware of this company. Do not book any tickets via them. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. ‘Tickets’ were sent via email. When we queued and got to enter tickets were scanned and were coming up as invalid. Due to language barrier I was allowed to go in to the ticket office to see what the difficulty was. When I got there the gentleman checked the QR code and it appeared that my ticket was ‘valid’ at 6pm but under a different name. But on further investigation he noticed that many others had been sent same QR code. I messaged the company on Viator as they had said to contact them if any issues. I did many times. No response. I also tried calling the number that was provided. Funnily enough the number was invalid! I reported it via Viator and also going to report via bank. Whether I get my money back is debatable. But lesson learned book directly with the Louvre. If I had planned in advance and booked a few weeks before then I would have enjoyed the Louvre. But because I left it to the last minute as it was a last minute decision to visit Paris I’ve lost money and had 2 very disappointed teenagers
