Excellent tour guide with Ivan. He was so knowledgeable and took us to key exhibits. After the tour, there was plenty of opportunity to explore on our own and he pointed us the direction of what we wanted to see.

I love a skip the line pass! Lines for the Louvre are long and life is short. I admit that once we got inside we went on our own way as we knew what we wanted to see in the exhibit. We got the audio guide which allowed us to go at our own pace. The guide was very chill about it!

Our tour guide did not explain important pieces well. He led us to different areas and gave us time in each section, but was not able to explain the history well. He also had bad body odor and his jeans looked very wrinkled.
Only benefit of this tour was the skip the line part.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and adapted to conditions which were out of her control. Our group was of 3 separate couple one of which included a person in a wheelchair. Unfortunately all the lifts in the first section of our tour were not working. Our guide did her best to find a way to support everyone and ended up extending the time of our tour due to delays in organising a route for the person in the wheelchair.
Our guide ended up missing out on her lunch break before taking the next group to look after us.

Ivan was delightful. Very engaging and knowledgeable. Good tour and only “lines” were short ones for security.

Our guide, Ivan, was fantastic. He educated us not only on the art, but the history behind the art. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the Louvre very well. I would request only him if we went again. My fiance told Ivan at the end of the tour that because of Ivan, he had a whole new understanding and appreciation of art. I have traveled the world and have never met someone as passionate about his work as Ivan. Please acknowledge his passion and skills for us!

I was very disappointed in the tour we were provided. While our guide was interesting and knowledgeable, the tour was supposed to be family-friendly and allow our child to "take part in games and learning exercises". Nothing like that happened. Our guide made no attempt to engage our son any more than she did any of the adults on the tour. We chose this tour because of the promise of it being family focused and this was not the case. My husband and I were interested in our guide's descriptions, but our son was bored through most of the tour. It was up to us to keep him engaged. If you have kids, you'd be better served using another company.

I am simply hoping this review reaches our host, Habeeb! We had a wonderful tour with him. The meeting place was easy, they provided the headphones necessary to hear him throughout, and he was very knowledgeable with the main areas of the Louvre we had hoped to see. Unexpectedly, my 7 year old niece actually had a medical issue towards the end of the tour which required us waiting in the museum for EMS. Habeeb went above and beyond. He closed out the tour with the rest of the group and then insisted on staying with us until the hospital. He bought my niece juice and was unbelievably supportive to our family. He refused any money from my sister so I just hope that this review reaches him and his company so that he can be thanked in any way possible. THANK YOU!!!

The only benefit of this tour was that we had someone who knew where to go which was helpful with all the increased security measures in preparation for the Olympics. Otherwise this was incredibly disappointing. We paid extra to skip the line, which I can’t think of a single line we actually skipped and it was supposed to be a 2 hour tour, but we spent over an hour just standing outside the Louvre waiting for other tour guests who were late. The Louvre itself was incredible, but the guide was hard to hear and the tour was only one hour once we finally got inside. There were other tour groups with ear pieces to hear the guide, which would have been much better. It was upsetting to pay extra to save time and to waste over half of the time just standing outside for no reason. I’d recommend a tour, just not this one. Not a good experience.

First I want say our Guide was fantastic. She salvage a bad experience. We waited over an hour in line to enter the museum. That was not expected with anticipated fast pass. Not a good situation

I asked for a Spanish speaking guide because of my 83 year old mother. Our guide's name was Jorge Camacho. He was VERY GOOD. Gave us great explanations about the works of art at the museum. He was quite knowledgeable and kept things alive for my mom. He knew all the shortcuts for persons who need assistance in getting around. An excellent experience.

The tour guide never showed. We called, we texted, we emailed - when we finally were able to get a representative on the phone, Viator had to call the local tour guide that NEVER followed up. I still do not have an answer nor a refund nor a call back from Viator. $250 and disappointed kids. We had to wait on a new line to buy tickets and pay all over again

It is wonderful to see these great works of art in person. But candidly, the number of fellow travelers makes the experience overwhelming. You battle people every step of the way and there are thousands of steps as there are 18 km of galleries. The best way to see the Louvre is using an on-line tour where you can get commentary and up close views of all the museum has to offer.

We paid $389 for two adults and two kids, it was not worth it. The guides gave us headphones that were nit working, so couldn’t hear much.
