What To Expect

Your exclusive French cheese and wine-tasting experience starts in the heart of Paris’s 15th arrondissement.

Arrive early and take a stroll in Champ de Mars—home of the Eiffel Tower—before heading to secret wine door. Or arrive directly through the city’s fast and efficient metro links. The venue is only a couple minutes away by foot from the closest stops on the 10 or 6 lines, making this an easy location to reach.

Spend the afternoon indulging in a hand-picked selection of five French cheeses and five gourmet French wines paired with fresh bread. Join an intimate group capped at only 12 participants, leaving you plenty of time to ask questions. Learn how to taste wine like a pro and savor French gastronomy the Gallic way. End the tasting with the chance to shop for a bottle—or two—to take home.

Our host, Erewon, was gracious and kind and welcoming. We had a range of people who had from no knowledge to winery experts from Napa in the event and he accommodated everyone, answering questions and keeping the air lively and open. I love that we could experience the wine and cheese pairings (with guidance about what to pay attention to) as they came to us, without the pretentious attitude I’ve sometimes seen around wine tastings.

I can’t eat unpasteurized cheese so he called his wife to go to cheese store to get me cheese I can eat. She arrived in minutes. They both went over and above. So thoughtful and wonderful of him.
