Wonderfully done. Food was delicious. Service was attendant and responsive made for an overall fabulous evening!

Beautiful cruise and delicious dinner. Champagne toast on arrival and bottle of wine was included. We took earlier cruise time , which in March still allowed you to see the monuments lit up. Boat is not crowded. Everyone has a window seat. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Everything was nice, the food wasn't very special, and the ship didn't pass by any of the historical sites worth seeing; it just went a certain distance and kept circling back to the same spot. Still, the ambiance was nice because it was Paris. I wouldn't have chosen it if it were in another country.

We booked this tour as it was Valentines Day in Paris and our Valentines day evening was ruined! We paid 198. USD per person. We did not mind paying because we picked the tour for the views of Paris we would be seeing making Valentines day special and what was included (alcoholic beverages). We were notified the day of the tour our pick up location was changed with no other information, details or options. So we went. Once on the cruise we started to notice we were only passing industrial plants. We were going the opposite direction of all the scenery we were told we'd be seeing. Then in what's included it states alcoholic beverages so we got beer. At the end of the cruise we were charged for those beers. I reached out to customer service to get a 50% refund because we did take the cruise but we did not receive what we paid for. If we were told when location was changed that we would no longer be seeing the sites of Paris but rather industrial plants we would have canceled and asked for a full refund but that option was never given to us. I requested a refund a 50% and I was only given 30%. I do not believe this Cruise was worth the amount that we ended up having to pay. It clearly stated what would be seeing and what was included. We were very disappointed, as Valentine's Day in Paris was something we had been looking forward to and the evening had been ruined. The fact that the tour company could not see that as an issue is very disheartening. We did not ask for a full refund as we did eat dinner. I would not suggest this tour company as if they are not going to provide what you paid for or the option of cancelation when the tour is changed, a refund should have been offered prior to us getting on the cruise. We would have chosen a different experience for Valentine's Day in Paris. I have screen shots of conversation with support help agreeing a 50% refund is warranted.

The cruise itself was about two hours or so. The food was very average. The buns were nice and fresh tasting but the rest of the meal was mediocre! My salad was very small and nothing outstanding. My steak was very small also and the serving of mashed potatoes was very small also. Very small! The mixed vegetables were quite good though and was a fair size serving. My dessert was quite good. It was some kind of lemon pastry. The waiters were very pleasant and courteous! The meal started with the waiters serving everybody a free glass of champagne. I only had a sip! The bottle of water I had was free but if you wanted to order soft drinks or other alcohol you had to pay. So I just stuck with the water! The young man that played the electric piano and sang was quite good. But for the $256.00 that I paid things like alcohol and soft drinks should have been free! At the end of the cruise, the waiter came to everybody's table and told us that the tip wasn't included and when he asked if I would like to tip I said no. He didn't make a big deal out of it! I am sure the other passengers didn't tip either! For the price of $256.00, the experience was very average and not worth that kind of money!

The service was exceptional, the food was great and the music was appropriate for a romantic dinner and then fun as dinner was almost complete with upbeat party like music! We did not really need the optional frommage course and would not choose it again (since it was ($20 per plate) It was a great way to end our time in Paris!

We’re in Paris on our honeymoon and made a reservation for the Maxims Dinner River Cruise for 6/29/25. We paid for the cruise and got a confirmation along with several reminders of the cruise from Viator. When we got the boat about 15 min before departure we were told there was a problem with our reservation and there was no room for us. So if I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate. I would love to be giving a glowing review of a romantic evening but obviously that is not possible. We’re told we there were “technical difficulties” and we’ll get a refund but we would have much preferred to have great memories of the cruise.

I tried to send my parents on this trip, but they really really leave exactly on time. They did their best getting from another place but they were five minutes late and they couldn’t figure out which boat? They got there literally as it was pulling away and it was heartbreaking. I’m sure it’s great but please be aware that if you were even 60 seconds late, you won’t get on.

I’m only giving it a 5 because 6 wasn’t an option. The entire experience was beautiful. We saw some incredible close-ups of sites during the cruise (Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower, most notably). The service, food and entertainment (piano singer with a lovely voice) were way beyond expectations. We recommend it highly!

We really enjoyed our Seine River dinner cruise—it's a solid, fun, no-frills experience that's perfect for seeing Paris from a different perspective. While it’s definitely touristy, that’s part of the charm, and it’s a great way to kick off a week in Paris.

It was a fabulous meal and sightseeing, I was celebrating my 70th birthday with my husband and close friends. The server May have been new. She opened the wine and did not pour, and managed to spill wine on my husband later on. There were three dessert choices with only two available. For a 1,000E evening it was fabulous food and sightseeing, wonderful music and seeing by the pianist with just a flew flaws. Almost perfection.

The cruise itself was a nice experience. The staff was very nice and attentive. A romantic experience and they timed things perfectly to see all the sights in the evening including the Eiffel Tower twinkle which was great! The highlight of the food was the wine and the dessert. The starter and main course were very subpar compared to the food we had been enjoying in Paris and honestly we expected more.

The company cancelled the cruise and has not refunded our money. I want a full refund. They called the day prior asking us to reschedule and I told them we were leaving the next morning and could not reschedule. There is nowhere on Viator to report fraud.

We had a wonderful time, the food was wonderful. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing, the lady singing had a great voice and sung music in English and French. All the staff was kind and helpful, the one thing we did find out is this cruise leaves on the hour. The directions are confusing so give yourself enough time to figure out which boat it is.

This was a fun trip and a good dinner on the Seine. Sadly our boat hit another going around a bend, and the police and river divers were called out to check on things. Despite that, the service was impeccable, as was our beautiful singer who powered through the incident. We highly recommend this dinner cruise.

This dinner cruise was thoroughly enjoyable and a wonderful tourist experience! The evening allowed us to see the Paris skyline and as the evening wore on the exquisite glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower. Memorable! The live piano music added a fun element. Given the timeframe, the staff had to move swiftly with their tasks and that diminished the luxury expectations we had. The food was good and the wine accompanied the meal well. Thank you so much!
