We loved the tour of the Eiffel Tower and especially the dinner cruise on the Seine. The food was incredibly delicious! We were given champagne upon arrival, and our choice of red or white wine (or both) for the dinner. The dessert was fabulous! I would highly recommend this tour! Take the 5:30 tour and you’re treated to views of the Eiffel Tower at night!

Dinner was fabulous, viator upcharged this experience about 200% from booing it on your own. The experience was great, but way over priced through viator. Purchase dinner package at Eiffel Tower on your own.
Meals were very limited, 3 choices, very good but if you have a picky eater or someone who doesn’t enjoy weird stuff, maybe just take a sandwich up and eat at the top of the tower
They canceled ! Send me an email stating they had technical problem , now I am waiting for refun of my money
Beautiful scenery and good dinner. Enjoyed the aviance but wished quicker and better access to get to restaurant without having to wait for elevator with the rest of folks just doing a tour . Being dressed up and waiting and paying over 200 per person we should of had white glove service
Had a great time, would not hesitate to do this on my next visit to Paris, but if you go around the same time as I did (end of january) wrap up warm. The Dinner in the Eiffel tower was delicious and the cruise on the Seine with all the lights of Paris was worth it too, have to say a big thankyou to the staff of Viator for their organisation and guides.
Everything was good until the meal, the food was ok (not a 3 course) ham and cheese board and then a pudding. Then I had a tea at the end and the waiter poured boiling hot water on my leg! My leg is very painful and let our evening down! He did not seem to fussed about this either!!
Advertisement was VERY misleading. We expected a guided tour. Our tour guide walked us to the Eiffel Tower and pointed to the entrance we would go to after the boat tour. He then, walked us to the boat and left. After the cruise, We walked to the Eiffel Tower alone. No one in our group knew where to go . Once we found the restaurant, we were very disappointed in the “3 course dinner”. It was a glass of wine, meat, and cheese. Don’t waste your money. Pre book the skip the line Eiffel Tower ticket and take a boat ride at night. There are plenty of boats, you have options.
We booked this tour for our first night in Paris. The instructions provided stated to meet at the Eiffel Tower at 6:30 pm, which we did, however, given some construction and entry issues, we didn’t make it to the gate until 6:40 pm. We were told that we needed to walk “a short walk” to the office for our vouchers.
We took the .75 mile walk in the freezing cold and were told that we missed the river cruise as that was supposed to be first, but that we would receive a voucher to take our cruise at another time of our choosing.
We were instructed to walk to the Pier to meet up with the group and get that voucher, which we did. We were then told that we needed to kill some time before the boat arrived and we could go to the tower. We were a bit confused as to why the office just didn’t give us a voucher and tell us to meet the group at 8:00 and we would have saved a lot of headache and trouble.
We finally got to the tower and were allowed access and luckily we were corralled in the “correct line” since most of our group was In a different line. We were told that they wouldn’t be going to the observation deck and advised us to go and then go to the restaurant.
The tower was amazing, the food served was delicious and the service was good (although a little over the top at times).
I do think this could have been better arranged but all in all this was a favorite for us during our trip to Paris. We took the river cruise our last night in Paris and that was an amazing experience as well.
Definitely do not recommend this tour. The 1 hour boat ride was disaster, we were crowded on to a boat with around 300 other people if you were lucky enough to get a window seat you might see something. We then made our way for the 3 course dinner at the effiel tower in small dome it was a complete joke, it was unorganised and crowded we sat at a high bar type table looking out the dome. The 3 course meal consisted of small green salad in a paper bowl, small baked potato, a cheese board for 2 and desert. The whole tour was torture and completely unacceptable for the price. I have used viator many times and there tours are usually amazing extremely disappointed.
The company service was good and on time. The Siene River experience was ok, we really enjoyed it. The Eiffel Tower and Dinner was a disaster. What we received can't be named "dinner"; it was a table of hams and cheese. What a deception! After dinner, we can't access 2 floor level because the elevator won't make any more up trips; nobody told me before. I am really dissapointed with this service.

I purchased tickets for through Viator (great company) for dinner on top floor, private tour and boat cruise, over $400.00. A couple of days before arriving in Paris I received an email saying restaurant was closed and they would offer another. I called, emailed and never heard a thing. When I arrived there was no private tour, offered a buffet river cruise. Staff snotty. I want a refund from Viator asap
This is a fantastic package, you do the Eiffel Tower visit followed by a cruise and dinner on the Siene. Try and book directly with the tour operator otherwise you will be sat with a bunch of people who you don’t know. Remember it’s all about the romance😊
So I originally booked this because it was a tour of the Eiffel Tower and dinner in one of the restaurants on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. I booked this back in April for $200 a person and in July I got an email saying that both restaurants were being refurbished and the dinner was being changed to a dinner cruise on the Seine. Ok, so I assumed that I would be refunded because it couldn’t be anywhere near the same price as eating a beautiful dinner in the Eiffel Tower...apparently I was wrong. I emailed them and they said it was the same price....ok sure. Fast forward to this last week. We went on the tour of the Eiffel Tower: there was no tour it was a here’s your ticket, here’s the line , be back at 7:30 to go to dinner...ok, awesome. So we explored the tower (didn’t even get to go to the very top that was an additional price and then met our group for the dinner cruise. Walked to the port from the Eiffel Tower, all around ten minutes and waited till around 8:00 to actually board the boat. Dinner itself was good, three courses including a glass of Kir Royale pink champagne and red and white wines. They even sang my sister happy birthday. After dinner we went outside to see some of the famous attractions including the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the French version of the Statue of Liberty. The tour was amazing but when I added it up the total amount didn’t add up to $202.00 per person. At most both would have 160 if booked separate or that specific tour in itself. The Eiffel Tower tour was 16.40 euros and the cruise at most 89.00 so why was I still charged $406?
Tour guide left us in Eiffel tower. Dinner cruise became just dinner but not moving because the boat broke. Tour guide left again. Gave a ticket for late night cruise.
The Eiffel Tour and the guide of Paris Vision was extraordinary. The Dinner on the Beateaux was really a dream experience .

The food was tres bien, the company was congenial, we enjoyed the cruise and all the sites along the way. The visit to the Eiffel Tower second and first floors then walking down was great fun, great views. We would do it again.
Entire evening highly overpriced for what you get. Food was average at best. Chicken breast with a sauce over it. Almost cafeteria style food. Cruise was nice. But overall this package was not much.
The tour guides helped us from the meeting point until we went to dinner at the Eiffel Tower. After that, my husband and I were on our own. Which is ok. I didn’t mind because we wanted to go to the second level of the Eiffel Tower anyway. We also had a choice of what time we wanted to go on the boat cruise. I loved the views from the first floor of the tower while we ate dinner. We sat next to strangers who felt like old friends. Very nice company. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone out of town.
It took an hour to get from the meeting point(office) to the restaurant (5 min walk), because of security, crowds n a problem w the lift. Dinner was good but we were there for the view. Which was amazing. We stayed inside the tower after the meal. We held our river cruise tickets til the next dat since it was raining. All in all a nice tour. Always but skip the line.
The Eiffel tower is not just a place to go and see but it is a place to experience we had a wonderful wonderful dinner there at the service was excellent the dinner was excellent and it is one of those bucket list items that I didn’t know I had on my bucket list
It wasn’t all that. The food is so basic. It’s a fixed menu chicken breast which is not so flavorful. The servers are not so friendly and not accommodating. Overall, it’s a waste of our money and time. I would not recommend it.

Amazing view from restaurant ! Food was good but not over the top! Nice bottle of wine ! Chocolate cake coffee! Waiters were polite! Afterwards we walked around on the restaurant door! We were then escorted to our cruise on the Sienne River which a beautiful 1 hour tour!
Feeling very excited dining at Restaurant 58, cuisines are delicious with the nice atmosphere. We enjoy a nice Seine river ride after the dinner. This is a birthday celebration event for myself.
Communicated prior to coming that had two children and received message they would be okay with giving chicken tenders to both children. This did not happen and when asking immediately was told it’s too late nothing they can do about it I. A rude manner. I do understand this is third party doing however I just wish that things were handled a little more professional and in apologetic manner. Due to me and family trying to handle things in a professional manner prior to sitting in establishment because of could not be done it would of gave us time to seek other options for the children when paying what we were paying . So never have to attend again.
Their description of this makes it seem more personal than what it is. And for the price you pay you should get better quality of an experience. Also they say the tour will have a max of 5 travelers - we had over 30. The food was horrible. The service was poor. The only thing that made it enjoyable were the people with us & that we could all laugh at what a horrible experience this was. So in reality, what you are paying for is the skip the line to the elevator (which you still had to wait) and to get a Tv dinner meal. Then you walk to the boat for the cruise and there's not even beverages offered. To Viator's defense they don't say it will be provided, but damn after realizing how much money you spent on such a horrible evening - you end up needing booze. You also have to download an app to even get commentary on what you're looking at while on the boat. Shame on you Viator for charging such an astronomical price for such a mediocre excursion. They need to update this description and LOWER THE PRICE.
The 3 course meal consisted of bread with no butter, a slice of some sort of jelled substance, which I found out by asking, was a chicken product paired with a tablespoon of shredded lettuce. A small TV dinner size chicken breast, with 2 tablespoons of cooked carrots. Dinner ended with a chocolate brownie. Don't be fooled, this was not a intimate dinner, all tables where shared with other people.
The Eiffel Tower was one for my bucket list, however we paid a lot of money for a very ordinary chicken dinner on the first level and we were only allowed to go to the 2nd floor by climbing the 300 stairs...I would've expected for the cost either before or after dinner a trip to the summit by elevator. Unfortunately not what I expected and the river cruise was not the glass topped boat which was stated in the description of the tour, very mundane cruise up and back on the Seine. So our experience was very average and a bit of a let down. 😏
