Great experience with Alain. He fit us in for an early drive and showed up right on time. Car was beautiful and the seats were comfortable. No traffic either which was great. Thanks again!

A surprise for my husband and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He loves vintage cars and smiles the whole time. See his face in right side mirror. Alain is wonderful, guided us thru Paris and enlightened us on it's history and showed us hidden gems. He accommodated us on driving to the Left Bank Arrondissements and shared his love of the 5th. I will be adding him to recommendations in Paris to family and friends. Buy the way, the seats in his Citroen DS are amazingly comfortable. A+++ experience!

Terrible experience. Booked this last year. Contacted by owner who suggested we do the drive at 9pm till 11pm as less traffic. We would have preferred to do it during the day and we did select 10am when we booked the car and he accepted the job!
Contacted Alain last week, again he wanted to do it later and said traffic at 10am is crazy, we explained that we have been to Paris before and we are happy to be driven in the car locally and have some photos with the car etc, traffic around our hotel at 10am is NOT crazy.
Messaged him yesterday to confirm pick up as I received an email from Viator saying our tour had been cancelled. He rudely told me that he didn't want to do the tour as traffic is bad for the car (first time he mentioned this). After explaining to him that he had ruined our day he then went on a rant about how we should know traffic is not good for the car etc, (if it's so bad for the car, why are you even doing these tours?!)
Why accept the payment in the first place for 10am if you have no plans to carry out the tour?
In all the years we have used Viator, this is without a doubt our worst experience.
Shame on you Alain.

I offered alternatives about other time slots....the traffic was hellish in Paris and my car was overheating.
One hour and half for 3 kilometers....if the traffic around your hotel is not crazy, its not the same in others places in Paris.
When you booked a vintage car, unfortunately this can happen.
Monday to friday, better at night. Actually a lot of construction in Paris because of Olympic Games in 2024.
Sorry but i respect my car and i dont like when u told me you dont care of my car !

Seeing the city at sunset and then light up was amazing. Our guide was also excellent and helped us see more of the city than we expected

We had THE most amazing time with Alain! From the pre trip communication to when he dropped us off at our hotel, he was wonderful. He took us to all the main Paris sites. He gave us recommendations and answered all our questions. The car was awesome and so was Alain!!

Alain was so charming. This was a surprise for my husband, a life long fan of Citroen DS. Alain showed him the engine, let him ride in the front and they swapped knowledge of this classic car. At the same time Alain showed us Paris at night- the Eiffel Tower for the 8pm light show and every highlight this beautiful city had to offer. A total delight.

Wat een geweldige mooie en comfortabele auto. En leuke eigenaar die ons de plekken in Parijs liet zien die wij graag wilde zien inclusief de Emily in Paris locaties.
Dit is echt een aanrader!
Werden ook keurig opgehaald van ons hotel en afgezet op een door ons gekozen locatie
