We had an amazing Seine River cruise experience! Everything was perfectly timed — we reached the Eiffel Tower exactly as it started to sparkle, which made the moment truly magical.
Our guide was young, very funny, and kept the whole group entertained throughout the trip. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and the views of Paris from the river were unforgettable.

Company contacted us a few days before saying they moved our tour time up by 30 minutes. No problem for us. Then less than four hours before departure they sent me a text saying they had cancelled our tour because not enough people had booked. It was our last night so we didn’t even have a chance to rebook. Will never use this operator again.

My kids and I really enjoyed this - left right on time, easy to get seats on the top deck, the guide had a great balance of explanations (French and English) and time to just look at the scenery, we learned a lot, it felt very relaxing. Ended in one hour which I thought was the perfect amount of time. Highly recommend!

This was one of our favorite experiences in Paris! Seeing the city from the Seine River gave us a completely different perspective, and it was a relaxing break from walking all day. The guide shared fascinating history while pointing out famous landmarks and beautiful architecture along the route. The one-hour tour was the perfect length, and we enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris!

The sightseeing cruise offered beautiful views of many of Paris's most iconic attractions, making it a great way to see the city. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by multiple loud groups on board, which made it difficult to hear the tour guide through the speakers. The enclosed windows on the lower deck also made it feel quite hot and stuffy. Overall, the scenery was wonderful, but the onboard environment took away from the experience.

A great way to see many of Paris’s famous landmarks - traveling on the Seine - our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly; make sure you arrive early - Pont Neuf boarding site was difficult to reach on a crowded Sunday afternoon during the June 2026 heat wave!

No communication about Pont Neuf being closed to foot traffic and that about 0.5 mile detour was needed. Several boats were labeled with the same name with no indication which boat was ours. We were at the meeting point provided by Viator at our designated time (even with the detour we had to take). By the time we found someone to ask, they rudely informed us the boat had already left.

I had booked the 8.15 pm tour weeks ago. Got there early, around 7.30pm We checked in at the dock to be told there is no longer an 8.15pm boat we now had to wait until the 8.45 pm, but was told wait at dock 2 that is where yr boat will leave from. So we lined up at gate 2 waited for an hour, decided to go check again to be told oh no its now leaving from this dock and everyone is already queued up. The commentary was very hard to understand and he droned on the whole time and stood at the front blocking yr photo view.

Getting on the boat went super slow in very hot weather (record breaking Paris day) as the lines between the snack bar and boarding entrance were not clearly marked and people were waiting in a line they didn’t need too. Snack bar people very slow. Narrator was great! Good length of tour with lots of info.

It all worked out fine but when we showed up with our mobile ticket from viator, even though the ticket showed three adults and we paid for three adults, when the lady scanned it/qr code, it only showed one adult. Thankfully she let the three of us just go on. I looked all over my viator account to see if there were other tickets to scan and did not find any.

This 1-hour cruise over the river the Seine gives the chance to see the best of Paris from a unique POV. Better to doit in the sunset to ctach the better magical landscapes and the city lights.

Seeing the sites from the river was a nice way to start our time in Paris. However, there are limited open air seats, and you must arrive early to get first in the queue. We saw other boats that were all open air and I would have rather booked one of those instead. Being closed in in the summer in Paris is not enjoyable! I would look for an open aired option instead.

I hate to complain in a review, but to be honest I was pretty disappointed by the tour. The tour wasn't just English, it was also in French, and because she spoke French first and then said the English part, it happened that by the time she said the English part we were already past the site. I also bought a cider and it tasted so bad that I only had a few sips.

The guide for this tour may have been the best one I have ever had for any tour. And I have been on quite of few in my lifetime. We really enjoyed this tour. I highly recommend it, especially for the price.

We gave out feet a rest and booked this cruise for our last day. The ship was clean, had a full bar and you could get light food, and a lovely boutique. The guide spoke well in both French and English, and was quite informative. Very nice view of the falls. Would definitely recommend!

Directions need to be more explicit! The "dinner" portion was unclear even by the waitstaff. What was included in the package was vague by us as well as the restaurant. We were charged for our wine but maybe dessert was included? Communication was difficult bc we dont speak French and the waiter had to ask management about this arrangement. From there, the bridge we were supposed to cross to get to the other side of the Seine was closed. We barely made it. And because of our delay, the only seats available, were down below, and there weren't many there either. The entire experience was exhausting. We would never do it again. Proper instructions and communication was the biggest challenge. Next time we will spend the extra cash to have the entire experience, dinner and cruise, in one place.

Definitely worth it but if going in the evening make sure to bring a jacket if you get cold. This activity offers really good views.
